We've been here a few times before and it's been ok but tonight my son and I decided to have dinner there for half price wing night. We arrived at 430 and asked for a table for two. The young girl greeting us seemed a little rattled and I could tell she really didn't know where to put us even though there was plenty of open tables.. she told me she had to check to see if "someone is working tonight " and walked to the back. A minute later she returns while biting her nails, grabs some menus and leads us to the corner booth which had zero view of any of the TV's or the restaurant itself. What made matters worse was the entire time it was really cold in that corner. My son kept his winter coat on during dinner. Now let's get to the food.. after waiting a good long while for our half pan nachos and two orders of wings to come, it arrives cold. We were hungry and already waited 30 mins to eat so I didn't want to wait any longer. The nachos were dry and not a lot of cheese. My son order the nachos with extra beef and it didn't seem like a lot of beef on them.. the bill came out was 62 dollars for two orders of room temperature wings and room temperature nachos.. they billed me 5 dollars for beef and 5 dollars for chicken on the nachos which had zero chicken. I left 70 cash and felt it wasn't worth it at all especially on "half price wing night". Even the wings themselves were dusted in some sort of course black pepper but we ordered mild wings.. not really that tasty tbh. It was a trifecta of unlucky seating in a cold corner with no view, slow service and cold food that I had the pleasure of paying 70 dollars for.

Love the bartenders! Service is always fabulous and the atmosphere is always a good time. Kelsey’s is THE place my girlfriends and i visit to catch up. Would always recommend this location to friends. Such a welcoming team.

Had our dinner at Kelsey's Roadhouse@ Winona on our way back from Niagara. Glad we stopped by there! Sizzler Fajita is worth the mention here. Divya's service was excellent!! Her patience and energy level-Wow!! She made sure we were comfortable and happy. Good job team!!

Wonderful experience. The hostess and waitress were wonderful. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and she was so pleasant and food came fast. Thankfully, single mom with three kids best way to have a nice dinner is with quick service !

I recently dined at Kelsey’s and had an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal out. Our server was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The menu had a great variety, and every dish we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented. The burgers were perfectly cooked, and the appetizers were fresh and delicious. Whether you’re looking for a casual night out or celebrating a special occasion, Kelsey’s delivers excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Usually order the Mediterranean bowl/Salmon, its more tasty then turtle jacks but TJ has better variety of veggies and cost more, salmon is usually a bit dry, extra sauce doesn’t really fix overcooked fish @_@ rice is a little underdone and a bit plain (probably cause it’s undercooked). Most places undercooked rice

Great food! Honestly I didn’t expect the quality of food to be this high and the steak was as I really love, medium rare with a good crust! The shrimp on the side of steak was also good and I liked the combination of shrimp sauce and steak. I also recommend nachos with chicken topping. Free parking is available in front of the restaurant
