Please check on your staff as we had a very disappointing experience yesterday. He had dark features- dark hair and eyes, appeared younger. We waited a while to order because "he didn't know we were here waiting" though we sat directly across from a table he was serving. The timing of the food was awful. We just got our apps and our mains came out a few minutes later. He also never checked on our table, never filled our waters, didn't do anything. Finally, he never cleared our plates from our table which again is a standard thing to do as a server (we also had to ask for our bill many moons later). We're not coming back!

I visited this Kelsey’s and had an amazing experience! The full rack of ribs was absolutely delicious, and the cocktail, which looked like a fish tank, was both fun and refreshing. Awesome food and a great time overall!

We came today for our date night and were fortunate enough to have Courtney as our server! We were blown away with her service as it was 1/2 off wing night and managed to have incredibly fast service, super friendly and remembered to bring extra lime with our refills without asking! Definitely recommend and Was impressed with our server!!

Had a FANTASTIC experience last night with our server TAMMY! We ordered the nachos to share and they were hot, plentiful, and delicious. Definitely a good value and we were given extra sour cream when we asked for it. Music was a bit loud, but Tammy kindly turned it down when I asked. We were the last folks of the night and I really appreciate that Kelsey's accommodated us. Great food, excellent service, 10/10 recommend.

I had dinner at Kelsey's tonight with 2 of my friends. The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter was so nice. The atmosphere is lovely too. I ordered the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Here's a photo of the apple cobbler pie I had for dessert. Everything was delicious!

I placed an order for a chicken Caesar salad at around 10:30pm, yes they close at 11pm but this is just unacceptable. I paid $22 dollars and this is the salad I received not even a full chicken breast, I have about 5 croutons all together and not enough dressing to fill. Not sure I would recommend, at least not from this location.

On our way to a charity bowling event my wife and I stopped in for supper . We both opted for the ribs and wings combo . She had a baked potato side while I had the sweet potato fries, both came with a little serving of coleslaw as well . The ribs were fall off the bone done and very tasty , while the wings were crispy and delicious. There are many flavours of sauces to choose from for both . My fries were done to perfection and the wife’s potato was just the way she likes . The service was quick and the servers friendly and attentive.

What an amazing experience, we were skeptical about the timing of visiting the restaurant on a wing night special at dinner time but it really panned out from being told it was a 20min. wait that only took 10min. The manager Derrick, sorry if I misspelled your name was right on top of things and was helping out at every turn from seating customers to clearing tables and checking in on us if all was well, to Vincent our server that was so polite and accommodating that made our experience so worth it that we left with full stomachs as well as leftovers and smiles on our faces and memories so as to definitely come back again soon. Thank you very much.
