The food quality at the restaurant was acceptable, but the service was very disappointing. The server was unfriendly and had a poor attitude when taking our order. Not only did she bring the wrong dish, but she also added a side dish that we never mentioned or ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, she responded in a rude and dismissive tone, insisting that we had ordered the items. To avoid wasting food, I ate the dish, which was of decent quality. Ironically, the only time the server was pleasant and smiled was when we were leaving, likely in anticipation of a tip.

Had an amazing experience tonight! The staff were super busy but still maintained professionalism the manager working she was far beyond helpful and accommodating! Like went leaps and bounds over most managers we have experienced like kudos to her, we watched her all night she was everywhere helping all the staff and guests! Like you go girl! The host was super sweet! just an overall positive and fun experience at a family restaurant! We really enjoyed ourselves! We will most definitely be back!

Was passing through Barrie, decided on Kelsey’s! What a great idea. We were seated and met by our waitress Carolyn right away. Service was excellent. She was kind, and answered every question we asked about the menu. She recommended the four cheese dip and it was so good! Dinner was great! Location was clean and tidy and service was top notch. Will be back every trip we go north!

Loved our server Julia! She made our anniversary dinner one to remember. Food is always so excellent here, can never go wrong. Also we had a great laugh over the size of our receipt made our night 😂

Zero stars, they have no respect for young adults. That's my opinion. I'm 20 yrs old. When my table had issues with multiple dishes, before any apology I was told the food isn't how I say it is, (what i said is "I'm sorry but i can't eat this its very salty") he said "it should be good" "it shouldn't be salty" before anything else and no apology. So you're telling me how my food tastes??? Telling me I'm incorrect essentially. The manager apologized at first, but after calling back the manager a 2nd time he also began to say we were incorrect about the second dish, being undercooked chicken. What the hell happened to the customer is always right? The only respect I felt is when I spoke to a female worker for half a second. So I won't be returning, neither will any of the people I know. Just wanted to warn other young adults of this experience.

A great experience! Rebekah was great! Our food didn't come out right at first and she got it fixed for us right away. The spinach dip came out super fast too! Definitely recommend.
