Justino's Wood Oven Pizza

Have frequented Justinos a few times. Service is always friendly. Sitting on the outside patio during the warmer months is nice. Food was never stellar but decent. Supporting local is always nice. Unfortunately, we will not be returning after our last visit. The pizza was dry and tasteless with a cardboard texture. The Chicken Parm was basically unedible. It basically seemed like pieces of leftover rotisserie chicken or boiled pieces of chicken meat, all of which were completely unbreaded, slapped on some pasta with sauce and cheese on top. This restaurant used to have an older Italian Nona working in the kitchen. Maybe it was her day off? Never the less, if you open for business... you need to serve food that is actually edible.

In from out of town for hockey tournament, what a great find. We had the fettuccine alfredo and wood oven pizza both were amazing and big portions. My daughter said it was the best fettuccine she's ever had. Super friendly people, nice cozy atmosphere too. Next time we'll eat in :). Thanks for a great meal!

Ordered two margharita with arugula and when I took the order home, only one had arugula and neither had basil. I called the location back and was offered a 15% off my next order - which would cover the cost of one topping. It was actually laughable. Seems more like a Pizza Pizza than a good pizza place. Definitely would not recommend. Not sure why the reviews are decent.

First experience here and I really enjoyed it! Can’t wait to come back and try some of the other options on the menu! I really enjoyed the margarita pizza - I just wish the basil was cooked into the pizza/cheese, rather than being raw and placed on the top. The gnocchi was good, but a bit dense. Additionally, I will have garlic breathe for days! A bit too much garlic for my liking, to the point the sauce tastes like raw garlic! But I am super willing to try more options and overall was a good experience!

One of the best Italian restaurants in Oakville. The food preparation feels like a homemade cooking. The Italian lady is amazing in preparing all food with perfection in spices and baking. It is worthy the time waiting to have your food served. Definitely it is recommended.

Delicious food; great atmosphere. Only downside was no one came to refill our waters; or ask if we wanted an actual drink. A side from that, great place to stop for some delicious food.

It’s really unfortunate that I found a hair in the pizza and the sticker on the pepper cooked into the pizza. Other than that the pizza tasted pretty good. This is why I’m so disappointed it wasn’t clean. Also, the staff is so friendly. I want them to not make this mistake again because I want them to succeed. I am writing this review to be helpful. Hopefully after this experience it will help to prevent this from happening again with future orders.

Their pizza is the thing to go for. Amazing pizza no doubt. Wonderful crust, great sauce and ample toppings and baked on wood fire to perfect temperature. I tried their gnocchi which for me did not work as I have had better ones. Service is good and owners are friendly.
