Hey - we're Jack Astor's. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. We specialize in delicious food and drink and are a lot like a reverse mullet- we're a party in the front and all business in the back. In all seriousness though, we take real pride in our food and make over 200 recipes in house - Every. Single. Day. Mic drop. Try our fresh guacamole, centre cut aged Canadian AAA striploins or our famous Jack's Chicken Fingers, made with fresh never frozen seasoned chicken tenders, hand breaded to order. We also sling an impressive selection of craft brews and cocktails. So let your hair down, loosen your belt and come hangout!

Normally love coming here but tonight was a miss. Took 35 minutes before anyone introduced themselves or asked for our drinks. Manager acknowledged us and how slow or service had been and gave us a complimentary bread. Unfortunately the service never improved and beyond the food being delicious, I was not very impressed.

Came in yesterday to celebrate my friends birthday. Not my regular location (ancaster) which is great as well. Food and service was exactly what I have become used to at Jack's. Our waitress iman was great. My friends said they will definitely be back. Thanks for making me look good for recommending this location 😊

My 1st and last time at this location. We ordered calamari as appetizer and they were over fried, very tiny and very poor quality. For my son’s meal we asked for plain Hamburger without cheese, but got chicken strips instead. Food took way too long to be served! I’m allergic to cheese so we created a pasta with tomato sauce instead but then they put cheese on top. TERRIBLE!!! The worst was the waitress attitude when I pointed out that I specifically asked for zero cheese. She said “there’s only a bit at the top”. Extremely unprofessional! $220 for a terrible experience! Me and my family won’t be coming back!

Amazing dinner experience. Alicia was a fantastic server, went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Bacon cheeseburger was one of the best we have had. All the food we had was delicious. Customer service was excellent. Will be back 100%

Awesome place to go. Lots of fun. Music is perfect. Waitress was amazing. GM is an awesome guy, has a good sense of humour. The waitress gave us recommendations on what food to get. The recommendations were perfect. Will def be going back there. We got there late and they let us in with no worries.

I love coming to this Jack Astor's location. My friends and I always have a good time. The food and service never fails us. Our server Dorothy is such a joy and makes our visit that much better. She's personable and efficient I can't say enough good things. Will definitely be back soon.

We got yam fries, they taste so good (5/5). Ordered veg burger , chicken fingers(5/5) salad was so good and even the sauces taste amazing. Overall food was excellent. Customer service was very slow. Atmosphere was great.
