This place is amazing. I have come here twice now and both times were great. First time, I got the char chicken bowl. 2nd time I took my wife and we got a bowl each. The staff are super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and very healthy. I’m someone who doesn’t typically eat takeout as I like to be more health conscious, but this place is genuinely real food and it takes super good (especially their chicken which is real chicken unlike most takeout/fast food places). Very good food and very good customer service. You get very big portions, especially with the large bowl. Fair prices especially for the quality and quantity that you get. Would definitely return.

I was happy to see a healthier addition to the food court. I got the Hungry Buddha bowl, and for what it is, it tasted pretty good. The individual who served me was excellent! I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other items on their menu.

Tried this place on my lunch today for the first time. I was excited when I saw that the Tuesday special is $12.99 (Regular sized Chipotle Chicken Bowl). But to my surprise when I paid and got my receipt it was definitely not $12.99. My total came up to $19.21 because I added mushrooms (extra $3.50). On their menu board the bowl itself is $15.45 for a regular bowl, but on my receipt it says $17. When I inquired about the Tuesday special the worker explained to me that they deduct $1.95 from the total, which I understood. However, instead of that $1.95 being deducted from the $15.45, it was $17 minus $1.95. It’s not so much about the $1 or $2 difference, but the false price advertising and walking away feeling like I overpaid for something that was advertised as a “special”. Not sure if I would come back, tbh.

Today for lunch, I tried out imPerfect Fresh Eats and had their Chipotle Chicken Bowl which was really tasty! I was very satisfied with the many healthy options this place had on their menu!! I hope to come back to this place again in the future.

I have visited the Pickering location several times and I am really impressed by the quality of ingredients and the great value they offer. As a regular customer at their Toronto location, I was excited to see this new spot open. I decided to build my own bowl, and the variety of proteins was excellent. The unlimited selection of fresh toppings was a standout — everything was top-notch and thoughtfully chosen. I particularly enjoyed the black rice, which added a unique and delicious twist compared to the usual white or brown options. I also tried one of their açai bowls and smoothies, and they are fantastic. All the fruits and toppings were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and efficient, and the decor had a sleek, modern vibe that made the space feel both welcoming and stylish. If you’re looking for a quick, healthy meal that doesn’t skimp on quality or style, I highly recommend the Pickering location. It’s a fantastic addition and offers outstanding value among all the health-focused bowl options I’ve come across.

Tried this new place out last week. Ordered the Friday special for a Farmer's Harvest Bowl and a smoothie. Service was fast and the people at the counter were kind. Taste was unlike anything I’ve eaten before (in a positive and unique way). Would definitely go there again! So glad a healthy place like this opened up nearby! 👏

Imperfect has been our family favorite since its inception. Super happy that its now in Pickering. The flavors, the service everything is same rather more than other locations.

New restaurant located in Pickering Shops food court. Happy to have more healthy and fresh food options here. Flavours on the chicken are really good and so is the garlic aioli sauce. Staff are also nice. If it weren't for the promotional offer that is happening currently, I don't think I can budget to eat here regularly at 19 dollars for a large signature bowl after tax. I also wish they filled the bowl higher for that price. I'd rate this closer to a 4.5. No real complaints otherwise, and would come here again
