Hungry Brew Hops

I had a wonderful experience at Hungry Brew Hops yesterday. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal!

Atmosphere was great. Dim lighting and tea candles really set the mood. It wasn't rowdy or loud like the other pubs along the Main St. You will always see the bartender busy making drinks or polishing the glasses and servers making sure the customers are attended to. There was a small mishap with our appetizer but it was resolved. Our server was very understanding and apologetic about it. We found our main dishes to be delicious, well plated and portioned. The beer and Ceasar was fairly enjoyable however the top garnishes for the Ceasar was very underwhelming. I would absolutely come here again.

We love coming here for date night. Great beer selection and fun cocktails. The food has always been amazing too. The staff are always really nice and accomodating, even when it’s a really busy night. We sat at the bar and ordered a burger to share. They brought it out pre cut in half and 2 servings of ketchup on each side of the plate so it was easier to enjoy. A gesture like this really made our night. We got the double smash it burger and it was so good. The bartender was also really patient with letting my husband try different beer samples. Especially since it was so busy.

Overall positive experience. Was able to move tables from inside to the patio. Service was on point, very attentive. Recommendations on the menu were tasty.

Food and atmosphere were absolutely incredible! Service was horrible. Server jade was slow rude, distracted and not attentive to patio guests. I even had to get up and grab my own napkins and cutlery. Wanted to order mains and not just an app but with that service we would have been here for four hours. Hoping management will contact me. Heard her talking badly about customers sitting on the patio. Noah

Best beer collections one can have in newmarket. Food is also nice, especially their duck wings. Appetizers are average, main dishes are delicious. Just don’t try vegan burger. In drinks stick to their beers, cocktails are not worth for what they are charging. Overall great place to have pleasant evening with your loved ones.

I recently visited Hungry Brew Hops with a friend and had a truly disappointing experience. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter was rude, which set a negative tone for the evening right from the start. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. We were planning to share the food and order more, but we barely finished what we had. The experience was so unpleasant that we ended up leaving early. This was far from the enjoyable night out we had anticipated. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Came out for Dinner on a Saturday night, was a great time overall. We had no reservation with a party of 8 people and we got seated almost instantly for the last table available in the place, great timing. Food and drinks were pretty good. Portions for the nachos were massive, honestly we could've shared one between the whole table. Only downside is we asked to start with the nachos before our mains, and everything came out at the same time, took about an hour and a bit. Not upset about the wait because they were very busy, and we had drinks. Just wished we could've had the nachos as apps as we had asked, probably would've been better for the kitchen too. Other than that small issue, food was overall good, drinks were great and decently priced and service was good. I'll be back during patio season.
