Hot Spot Pizza and Wings

Delivery was over half hour late.....ordered mild wings got spicy.Phoned and got replacement wings and revieved even spicier wings. Pizza was dry and barely edible tastes and looks like it came from the frozen food section at Walmart.Will never order from these crooks again.

Food was great and my whole family loved it. The person who took my order was polite and made sure that there was no confusion before placing my order. I will personally be returning and recommend people to try it out.

We absolutely love this place! The food and the service is so good. The owners are so sweet and always so helpful. We have never had any issues with our food and always taste so fresh! We don't eat pizza anywhere else.

Way to lose a customer. The website says walk in special medium pep or cheese $6.99 I try ordering and the manager says that is for students only.but nowhere on the website says student. Then I showed him a screenshot of the price being $6.99 and then he decided to change his excuse and said the website was down because he was in the middle of changing the prices. I said to the manager that it would be courteous to honour the website and he said he couldn't. So I nicely left and he followed me to my car saying that he meant to say the website was down not that it was for students. Pick a lane buddy. Sorry I ll go somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 45. When I asked what the issue was they told me that they did not have any pizzas of the type I ordered ready. The employee explained to me that all their pizzas are all pre-made! Not made when ordered. I won't be coming back.

Don't waste your money. Unfortunately we gave this place a try (twice). We try our best to support mom & pop shops in our local area as much as possible. Their "pizza" is anything short of bread with cheese and toppings on it. No marinara sauce, and got our order incorrectly upon pick up (without even asking to compensate us for it). Whatever, orders are incorrect sometimes. We let it go. The second time around - we specifically asked for our pizza to be 'extra saucy' because there was none last time.. and again - no sauce. Nothing. A really disappointing pizza. Probably won't be ordering from this bread place again.

I’ve been looking for good pizza place around Hamilton for a while and at hot spot pizza I definitely found it. While the place may look a little small from the outside the pizza was amazing! We got the meat lovers, wings and garlic bread and it was all awesome! Definitely suggest the homemade creamy garlic! The owner was super nice and apparently just took over and was is in the process of rebranding. If your around king street and looking for pizza give this place a try, you will definitely not regret it!

Walked in service was awesome. Helped me really select good pairing since I'm so indecisive. THE PIZZA LOOKED AWESOME. And the taste didn't disappoint either. We work just down the street from this spot and decided to give it a try. NOT DISSAPPOINTED IN THE SLIGHTEST. I'll be picking this pizza otw back home to Brampton every once in a while.
