Hero’s Burger is a gem! Their cold brew iced coffee is perfectly refreshing, the fries and burgers are packed with flavor, and the chicken wings are incredibly juicy. The staff is warm and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Amazing burgers. Service was good. They have their own veggie burger and it's really the best veggie burger I have had in 20 years or more. They make their own patties. The service was good. Quite freindly staff, specially there was an employee named Prabhjot Kaur , she is amazing. Her nature was very friendly and she also welcomed her all customers with a great joy and with a very positive attitude and a very natural smile on her face😊

I’ve been going here for 2 years best food including the combos they have a great service really good staff you cannot go wrong with hero burger I highly recommend especially the 2 managers very nice people I’m very satisfied with hero burger highly recommended restaurant

I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this establishment. Came here for a casual dinner with my family, and ordered 5 burgers. One of them had a few pieces of hair and another had a STAPLE. This made our experience completely not enjoyable as we did not feel comfortable continuing to eat the food. Further, the service and wait time is very long. The place was near empty when we awaited our food (one other family was there + no drive through + no takeout orders), and still, we waited about 25 minutes for our food. Even flavour wise, the burgers were nothing special. I was very disappointed as I generally like the Hero Franchise and other locations have set much better expectations than what I experienced here.

We asked if the Hero sauce had eggs in it due to one of our party having an egg allergy, and after refusing to tell us what was in the sauce multiple times, stating "it's hero sauce" over and over again, the cashier finally states there's no egg in it. We decide to look up it up on the website to make sure, and the sauce does have eggs in it. Throughout the experience, the cashier was visibly annoyed that we were asking him these questions.

The employee was great however nowhere says this store does not offer pork product and we were shocked to see what was called bacon. It looked like a folded tongue on our burgers. Not appetizing nor what we were expecting having visited many Hero Burgers over York region. The gravy was also like water. Watered down. No flavour. Asked for a refund and was given one for my meal, my partner was too hungry to bother and just ate the very unappetizing meal. Maybe placing some signs so people know and don’t waste their time and money if looking for real bacon would be a good idea.

Love it! Fresh burgers! Whatever her name working on October 24/2024, she was amazing in her customer service etiquette. She deserves a raise or promotion.
