Hero Certified Burgers

Staff are hard working and kind people, food is good, washrooms and dining area are clean. I suggest the spicy chicken sandwich and the sweet potato fries, they’re the best menu items in my opinion.

Just had an uber eats delivery. This was disgusting. The meat didn’t taste like meat or maybe it was old or something. There was also a sharp hard object in the burger. Disgusting. Threw it in the garbage where it belonged.

Tried hero burgers with a friend today. And had the most amazing experience with hero family the best in town I would say. The service was amazing. Best food as it said had a dietary restriction about gluten free bun they have that too. Best in town. Best in every way. Would definitely say should give it a try thankyou hero family

Long delays even though restaurant is mostly empty. Followed by inconsistency and clearly cheap management . After my numerous visits to this location I have come to the conclusion the owners or management has chosen to run this location differently compared to others. I visit hero burger's locations all over the city therefore I am reporting with confidence. You'll find a clear lack here, for instance ... all fried options on the menu taste vastly different here vs the location down the street. From my fries to chicken strips taste has always been off. * My previous visit was the last straw though, i was given a burger with missing toppings, knock off bun and a sauce I've never asked for in my life. All this after I waited almost 25 mins for my order on a slow night. If you want your hero burger experience ruined visit this location they will not disappoint. In conclusion management doesn't care about your experience here they'll do whatever it takes to save money even if that ruins your hero burger experience. 💡Go down the street!

I’ve been looking forward to dining at this Hero Certified every time I go to Eagles Landing Plaza. Loving the burgers and rings. That changed today. First I asked for vinegar and was told with a big smile that they were sorry and that they don’t. Instead of checking. But they do and are supposed to. That’s one thing. The other is that I used the washroom after to wash my hands and it was disgusting. Really disgusting. I will never forget the smell. And the garbage can was overflowing. It’s restaurants like this that end up with Salmonella. I must have used the washroom before and have no memory of it not being clean. So despite loving the food I’m not going back and that really, really bums me out. Before I would have given five stars.

I had food here today service was pretty good. The place is clean and has plenty of tables to bring friends or family and the soda machine is awesome here being able to choose your own drink is very good. This place is worth going to.

Stopped by here to grab some lunch with my boyfriend, he got the spicy chicken sandwich and I got the poutine. The burger was pretty good, but I do not suggest the poutine. The fries were squishy, and the gravy just didn't suit it. There was a 10 min wait, wasn't horrible. The seats in the dinning area are falling apart tho, it was clean.

Food - What sets Hero Burger apart for me is their offering of unique ingredients that you can add to your burger, like blue cheese. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the customization options for your burger are extensive, with different sizes and sides available. While it may not be the absolute best hamburger, it's undeniably damn good. Service - The staff exhibited friendliness, hard work, and professionalism. It's everything you could ask for in terms of service. Ambiance - The atmosphere is clean, modern, and brightly lit, with ample seating. Located right across from Wonderland, it provides a welcoming environment. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try at least once.
