Burgers were very dry. Onion rings were taken out too early. The insides were soggy and undercooked. Steeles and Markham location is much better.

i placed a large order a week in advance at this location for my workplace lunches and was not disappointed! pick up was smooth, every order was organized, correct and hot. i was provided help with loading my car as well! such friendly staff! i would definitely recommend ordering here

I love the burgers at his store. I tried the spicy chicken advertised on the window and it is nice and hot and crispy. The owner is so kind and his staff are kind as well. would recommend.

Very very slow service. 15 minutes for my order and only 2 people ahead of me. Burger was underwhelming and luke warm. First time here and last time. I didnt enjoy my experience here. 😔

I had such a pleasant experience here earlier tonight. My sister and I stopped by for dinner and we were so satisfied with everything! The lady at the front counter was amazing! So genuine and cheerful, you can tell she enjoys her job and enjoys interacting with people. I love that they have a separate gluten free menu, which made it so quick and easy to decide what to order. I did the build your own burger combo. I tried the gluten free bun and poutine as a side and OMG honestly the best gluten free burger and poutine I’ve had in a long time! It was so tasty and fresh! I’ve never had a fried egg on my burger before but I’m so happy I tried it I loved it!! The bun was delicious and held together really well. They’re really generous with the burger toppings, the sauces were spilling out and messy but in a good way haha. Also generous with the poutine gravy and cheese, every fry was coated I didn’t have to mix the poutine at all!! So nice to be able to enjoy a poutine with gluten free gravy, I can’t get that from many places. Amazing quality and worth the price. It was also a very short wait time, maybe 5 minutes. I truly enjoyed my entire experience, I’m so happy with all my choices and I’ll for sure be back the next time I’m in Markham, thank you!! :-)

Ordered from Ubereats from two different locations. The McCowan and HWY 7 location burger looks and tastes very different from another location for the same order. The buns are different and have less things are placed on the burger. The wrapping paper were also different. The patty looks smaller and overcooked. Would rather order from another location than this.

Always consistent. Hero burgers is a family favourite when we want something quick and delicious! Customized the way you want it and we always get our onion rings! Burgers are always juicy and free from hormones. And you can taste it! Meaty goodness. Service can be hit or miss. This time was a hit. They are attentive and listen, considering how many customizable options are available to the consumer. She thought a pick up order was mine and when she found out it wasn’t, she asked the back of kitchen to see if it was almost ready. Very nicely done!
