This location is too good , regularly i come here to have my poutine , their employee are very helpful , when i go their i always saw one girl , I don’t know her name but she always welcome everyone with smile and give suggestions .she always gave me fresh fries and everything , totally satisfied with their food and recommend to everyone once go there and try their delicious and juicy food

This Hero Certified Burgers is the best. It's Halal which is perfect for me and the people that work there are so flexible and helpful. Always clean and well organized. The food is delicious.

It was such a nice and friendly environment. The service was great and they were very accommodating. I would recommend bringing your family and trying out their various burgers and entrees. If you like spicy, ask them to make it spicy with their special sauce! 😋

The so-called Angus pattie tasted like supermarket frozen food. It's tough and dry. Poutine has lesser cheese than McDonald's. Try to get another sauce, answers "you have to pay!" Don't know which burger joint would wanna charge customers for extra sauce.....

Their burgers are pitiful. I don't understand how this chain continues to exist. For $7.50 (only because it was the Sunday special for $1 off), I got a 4-oz burger, which I must say was not filling enough. It was dry, dense, flavourless, and didn't even fill the bun. The only things that added flavour were the sesame bun and condiments. I'm not joking, get a McDouble instead for less than half the price and tastes better.

We are hero burger fans but we do not like the location on Markham Rd in Markham... We have been twice and both times haven't been the typical quality food for hero burgers. We figured the first experience wasn't great because they just opened and they were working out the kinks. Just went today and service is about the same. Took forever to get our food - over 15 mins I usually get a burger with no bun and I remembered from last time I had minimal lettuce (normally I get at least 3-4 leafs at other locations and last time I had one there...). (*Note the rest of my veg/pickle was sparing as well, maybe 1-2 slices of pickles, jalapeno pieces of onion and maybe 1 slice of tomato.) So this time I asked for double the amount, and I got two leafs. Last time I had a normal amount of sauce, this time I would say I had some burger with my sauce. It was drowning in it, and I scraped it off to the side and it was still covered. ~ I know I could have asked for another if it was drenched but I really didn't want to wait another 20 mins for a new one ~. Needless to say, I think I will go back to the one at McCowan and hwy 7 (even tho the one on Markham Rd is less than 5 mins away from me).

It is a really short walk from my workplace so i thought of giving it a try. The restaurant was empty and they also have wifi .The servers were polite and smiling. I got the medium patty Hero signature burger combo with Chocolate shake. The burger tastes so soft that i melted in my mouth and yummy.The fries were so fresh and had the crunch and softness . The chocolate shake was very good and was of decent size.It was a very fulfilling meal.It could a be expensive for some but i believe value equals price .I will definitely this chain again.
