I absolutely loved the service I recieved from Jennie. She went above and beyond to accommodate my husbands customized order. She had a wondeful smile, kept eye contact, and just had a welcoming demeanor. The restaurant was very clean and they were very efficient. I came here all the way from Ajax

Service is exceptional , really kind and happy staff . Especially in drive thru . I came to try the veggie burger after seeing other reviews but I think it’s kinda overhyped. It’s good! But not exceptional

My new favourite Harvey’s. Veggie burger is good as always but the location is clean and the staff is wonderful. Special thanks to supervisor Destiny for her patience and professionalism. I was underwhelmed by the experience I had here. It's not a place that is friendly to those who don't eat wheat so I only had a drink. It took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged by staff and 15 to get the drink, and it was under filled.

Always i like their onion rings 🧅 - signup for harveys rewards program (burger club) online, and Get started with your first deal; Free Frings when you purchase any adult Burger or Sandwich. And its not valid on delivery or on the mobile app or web ordering.

Just ordered a premium poutine. Drive-through attendant couldn't hear us very well and started getting snippy. Got half a bowl full of fries, and when I asked for more, was told that was standard. I reccomend getting smaller bowls in that case, so customers don't feel like they're getting ripped off. Never had this problem @ other Harvey's. S'pose I should add that it was delicious though.
