My wife left a review of this location a month or so ago, she was asked to provide a receipt for the order which she could not find , as she said then that the buns were hard, the burger wasnt hot enough to melt the cheese and the fries were cold, if you want i could send you the receipt now, i dont want to fill out your form for 10% off our next meal, i will just use my CAA card. Thank you.

This location had excellent service. Work tops were clean and attention to detail was appreciated. I highly recommend this store. 👌🏻

The taller guy making burgers (on Nov 20, around 3:30pm) was so incredibly polite, warm and he had such a kindness in his eyes. I was in awe from this level of customer service. Grilled chicken burgers were cooked fresh and then prepared lovingly by this man. Wish I got his name to give the credit he deserves. Looking forward to coming back!

I will no longer attend this Harvey's. Stale burgers, cold n crappy , don't go especially at 5 pm, it was all the lunch left overs... the cheese never melted on the burgers, cold fries n half the amount, gravy - watered down. We get the best service at the one on Lundy's Lane. I did end up finding my receipt, aND the fact that you only offered 10% which I would never take, then my husband wrote a review, telling you we have the receipt, but that YOU NO LONGER CARE AT ALL. The is the disgusting service you receive from Harvey’s on McLeod. NEVER DARKEN THAT DOOR. Or you will be sorrily mistaken.

Good taste grilled burgers always! Newly renovated eating area, mixed farmy and industrial looking, relaxing! More booth installed, nice cushioned seats. Charging plugs at the side of the booth, very convenient. Great place to chill down after gym exercise.

One of the best burger places.We ordered a Angus burger and a veggie burger, both with multi grain buns and ghost pepper sauce. Ingredients were freshly prepared and the burgers were yummy. One more thing I would like to mention here is the washroom was quite clean compares to other fast food restaurants.

I have always been a fan of Harvey’s food. And have been coming to this specific harveys from last 4 years. Their service has been on a downward trend from last year or so. But now it’s up-to a point that I have to give a review. The person who was making my crispy chicken wrap didn’t wrap it properly. It was wrapped in a way that as soon as I would have opened it, all the toppings would start falling of from it. When I told her that it’s not wrapped properly. I was told that, “do you know how to wrap?” Is that really a way to serve the customer? I said no, but I have seen it so many times being wrapped and the way you are wrapping is not good. She kept arguing that,” this is the right way to wrap it and this is how it’s done generally.” Their manager came and she wrapped my food properly. That person really need to learn how to treat her customers and specially how to wrap a chicken wrap.

Went to try newly reopened Harvey's on McLeod Road was amazing 👌 customer service was the best ! Thanks to Sofia #41 First time anyone has asked If I have Scene card or CAA membership. I gave my CAA and got 10% off..makes a difference🙂 The place was spotless including the washrooms with lots of soap and paper towel . I had Veggie Burger and it was cooked to perfection. I only like lettuce and tomato on a burger. They have many other condiments and vegetables as well as different sauces . The fries were hot and cooked perfect as well as my vanilla milkshake as well👍 most Harvey's are made way too thick. Atmosphere was great with upbeat music and huge TV was playing Football but not too loud. Lots of free parking, also a drive through and they deliver. There are high chairs for kids and lots of seating . This will be my new go to Harvey's from now on 💯
