Update, they contacted me, offering me a free meal and pretty quickly too. That's great they want to make things right and again so quickly. I haven't gotten back to them yet but I wanted to change this in the meantime. Good stuff. Food is fine, in person, also fine. Don't use the app for delivery from here. Gotten my last 3 orders wrong. Toppings are wrong, and I just paid for a large Pepsi no ice and got a large Pepsi zero full of ice. No drink now, cause that stuff is disgusting, so thanks for that. I use delivery co I don't have to/ or can't go out but it defeats the purpose when i don't get what I ordered over and over. My receipt has what I ordered correct, the order is once again wrong.

Harvey's service here is a beautiful thing 🙂 I'm always impressed by the service here. It's top-notch. Best in the fast food service, hands down. The food is always great, too. Whether chicken or beef, both are always great. My only goto Harvey's in Niagara Falls

This is another review where I am torn. I have always loved Harvey's burgers, they are the best ones out there for 'fast' food. The problem lies with the word 'fast'. I pre-ordered an Angus combo today and waited a painfully long time in the drive through, more than 15min, with only 2 cars ahead of me (they had ordered already). I ate my food immediately in the parking lot and it was lukewarm at best. I was quite disappointed.

Every time I order take out for my father ( he is 90) and I, by the time I get home a 3 minute drive, the burgers are cold. So I spoke with the manager tonight and explained this to her, she couldn't understand this. She had excuses, saying the burgers take time for the condiments, they are cooked at 190°, I told her your not listening, the burgers are cold by the time I get home, I told her they get cold waiting on the French fries and onion rings, but the manager was still full of excuses, she didn't know what to say. There are enough people there ,unfortunately most stand around and do nothing. I'm not impressed. I went in tonight, To order take out for my dad and I, walked up to the counter 4 employees there, no one acknowledged me, I asked why am I being ignored, one employee said something about not being ignored( I couldn't understand or here her, I said there are four employees standing here , she decided to take my order, I had to ask for a tray for two drinks ( wasn't offered a tray) , then the employees switched ,the lady putting the toppings on my burgers was purposely being way to kind trying too hard . Every time I oder there it is the same experience, ignored at the till. What is happening there?

Farmy, cozy, very clean, and modern farm decoration. Feels very relaxing place to be. The poutine’s fries is crispy, close to Montreal style.

Wonderful burgers and fries and amazingly friendly staff. Clean tables and bathrooms too. My daughter spilled her frozen drink, they noticed it before I even did while my husband was cleaning up they got her a new one right away without any questions or payment required. So very kind to a distraught little one. Definitely recommend!

We're from the U.S. so we never tried or heard of Harveys before.. and we loved it! We came to this location to escape the Niagara Falls crowds after exploring all morning. The dining room was clean, the food was delicious and the staff here was SO kind and helpful! Extra thank you to the staff for pointers on where to go in town and answering some of my boys' questions about the area. You guys were great!
