Vanshika and service crew was amazing at harveys upper james location and the serving size was generous for a small amount of wait time. Very thought ful and would definitely come back to this specific location:) thanks vanshika for a pleasant experience everything in the order was correct and tasty hehe :)

The food is honestly really good at this Harvey, but the only thing that really upsets me is that I will come here at 11 o’clock at night with no cars behind me or in front of me and simply order a regular size poutine and a drink just to be asked to pull to the other parking lot and wait about 15 minutes to be honest if I knew this was the service that I was going to get I wouldn’t come here trying to get fast food. It’s just getting absolutely ridiculous that they are pulling cars from the drive-through for such small orders, especially at that time. They do not have a quota that they have to meet at those times I have ran drive-through for many years in the past and I know how they work and I can tell you this is really bad Customer service when you were pulling a car from a drive-through to go park their car and wait an additional 10 minutes and you don’t have no other cars come through your drive-through within that 10 minutes , absolutely ridiculous.

Me and my wife ate here Nov 17 and the food was way overcooked, the manager was very nice and offered to replaced both of our meals the next day. We came in for lunch and this time it was very very good. I am changing my review to a 5 star because the manager cared enough to replace everything and to make sure it was all fresh and cooked well, we are very thankful she did that and we would recommend this Harvey's to anyone that loves food food and good service.

I had a fantastic experience this evening, thanks to Mani! He greeted me with a friendly smile and took my order with great efficiency and assured. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Mani truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning, and I appreciate the great service!

My first time in a Harvey's: we came to this area for a spot of shopping and decided to stop at this place to have something to eat as it has always been highly recommended due to their quality of meat. This place is similar to a Burger King in Europe but is more homely and indeed the quality of meat is good. I always like my veggies and here you can ask what else you want in your burger from the Veggie Bar they have. Everything is moving very fast and the mature ladies, extremely fast and efficient are very professional - they actually came twice to our table to ask if everything is OK (which we were not asked today when we were in a 'top restaurant' not far from Hamilton). They also have some great shakes etc, most surely we will return to this place: friendly, caring staff, good food and a very low price - way better than many restaurants around the world
