Been going to this Harvey's for many years great hamburgers until about a year ago I walked in for my regular burger and once ordered the burger was ready as soon as the order was placed?? Drive thru burger cancelation is what they gave me? The same thing happened 2 Months later - So now I drive to Harvey's Barton St and they cook the burger patty in front of me.

They feed meat burgers instead of veggie burgers and the cook named Chris in the back smirks about it afterwards. Also there is a manager named Sansee? Sansi? Not quite sure of her name. But she hangs up in your face and then ignores your calls further. Another person finally picked up my call and we had to drive all the way back to get a refund that Sansee refused to give for both meals. Cold food, incorrect food, wasted time and gas.

Took my kids there after soccer went threw drive threw and the girl that answered sounded very miserable. When we got to the window she definitely looked like she did not want to be there, she gave us our drinks but forgot one and then basically threw the bags of food at us. Once we got home and took our food out, the gravey for our pountine was all chunky and Luke warm. What a horrible experience!

The highest rating I give any fast food is 4 star and it definitely goes to this Harvey's location. I went to this place in the 80s and it still tastes the same and the fries are still good. They've had a couple of face lifts but still put out a consistent product 👍

Been here quite a few times in the last year. The food is always good. Service is ok. Portions and aesthetics are good. Atmosphere is ok it is never really busy when we come in. Cleanliness is great. They play a country station while you are eating in.

The cashier's are always polite and do their jobs perfectly fine. Harvey's makes a great burger but, when I don't get what I have requested to be put on my burger it's a little disappointing! All they have to do is read what the cashier typed in. 2 times in a row now. I'll be going to the Harvey's on Barton street from now on. I've never had any issues there.
