Drive through was so slow after 12 mins with one car in front of me ( before ordering) I backed out and went elsewhere. Update. Standard reply from the manager to contact Harveys website instead of handling the issue at the store level. Whatever.

The man there serving us was an absolute treat. Couldn’t be more of a good person. He was so nice, made jokes with us, tailored to our every need. Quick and efficient. I mean it’s basically a joke at this point how bad most service is around these parts and this was just an absolute blow away scenario. I hope this guy is the manager, if not he deserves to be promoted.

Went to this location (Dundas st/Walkers) on Sunday night and want to say how impressed we were. Dave ( hope i got that right), the gentleman working the counter went above and beyond being polite and friendly. Order was taken perfectly and food came out hot exactly how we wanted. I felt the need to reach out and showcase the excellent service we received. Will definitely return.

I went through the drive thru and dealt with Shahaan, and I must say, he is the most polite person I have ever met in the food industry. He was so kind, and genuine when we spoke, I just had to leave a review about how nice it is to deal with someone with MANNERS! Most food establishments don't even speak with you or are polite. Will definitely go back here to order my food, where I was served so politely! Thank you Shahaan! :)

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Location I’ve given this Harvey's location multiple chances, but my last visit was the final straw. Not only did they forget to put pickles on my burger, but the burger itself was burnt, dry, and cold—just plain terrible. To make matters worse, the poutine was also cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Another frustrating thing about this location is that they often park you immediately, likely just to improve their drive-through times. It’s clear that they're cutting corners at the expense of quality. Honestly, this place is a disgrace to the Harvey's name. Save yourself the trouble and visit a different location. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Received my order and chicken nuggets were dried out, cold and overcooked, inedible and smelled like old oil. French fries were cold and soggy, will never go to this location again.

You know what you're getting when it comes to fast food. I tend to order via the Harvey's app and pickup through the drive thru. I haven't had my order messed up for a few years at this Harvey's. Service here is pretty consistent. This location was renovated within the past couple of years, so it's not so bad to dine in. Try the Harv sauce if you haven't before.

The food was typical of the harveys experience and quality I have come to expect. That is to say good.. the atmosphere was improved and I like that they tried something new here with the wood touches and not all plastic as other locations. The variety of Toppings were extensive and fresh. The vegetables were crunchy and crisp. The price is consistent for that type of fair and it's a great option for my weekly cheat day.
