Staff they don’t know how to talk with the customer , they need training washroom are broken and they don’t care about it these people they just need money ,,, it’s a shame full thing , I am attaching pictures of the washroom,,, never want to come here ,,,, some staff vibes are very disgusting ,, I am checking the review what I feel 100 percent they asking his own friends for review 😂😂😂😂

Everywhere else are closed now , they’re open drive thru and dine in! Staff are amazing and kind and food quality is decent for midnight! Thank you guys !!!

❗️❗️Must Read❗️❗️ So what happens i went out to get a poutine on their drive-thru. I have been a great fan of their poutine and being a past employee of harveys at other location. So i asked the person on the window to add a ghost pepper sauce on the top of it. There is always an option to garnish the poutine their CRM software or in simple words you can say in the screen, which they denied to do by saying we dont garnish poutines. I said its fine just get me a ghost pepper dipping sauce which comes in a small square sachet. The girl the on the window told me its an extra charge. So far i know there is no charge for the dipping sauce at harveys. There is no option in the system to charge. I asked for the manager. So they started arguing about it. And said we recently got a new option in the system. I said go on charge me for it and please show me the reciept. They lied and charged me $0.50+tax which was under NERDS not dipping sauce. Because there is not such option to charge. The acting supervisor name was Jainam. Who threatened me for the police and denied service when i caught them red handed. And asked me for the receipt back. They just simply blame the management. I want a replay from the management. And same will be reported to the head office. The scam they are doing at this location. Making money by charging extra to the people. They also didn’t gave me full refund. Kept me waited for 15 mins. Then i went to the another nearby location and got the same with not being charged for dipping sauce.

Had the Buffalo Wrap at Harvey's and WOW—my taste buds are still doing a happy dance. I've never tasted anything quite like it before. The customer service was top-notch, with super friendly staff who made the whole experience even better. Definitely going back for seconds. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a pleasant dining experience at Harvey’s. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick meal. The staff were friendly, and the service was efficient. I customized my burger, which came out fresh and just how I ordered it. The toppings bar was well-stocked, offering a nice variety of options to personalize the meal. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. For the price, it’s a solid choice for a quick and satisfying burger. I’d definitely return for a casual bite.

I specifically asked for no hot sauce and got served very old chicken when asked for fresh food. I waited 10 mins as well. Never going back.

Came here literally at 5 of the morning. It was a blessing to find regular food at this time. Staff was amazing, specially guy named “Lucky”. Amazing customer service. Very polite and humble dude. We need more people like him. 5* for everything.

It's a Harvey's and it's run better than most of the franchises. I have low expectations from a series of bad experiences from other locations. But this place somewhat redeemed it for me. The service staff is mostly friendly, mostly helpful and usually accurate. The bathrooms could be cleaner and more functional. The food tasted good. The ingredients were fresh and crisp. The meals were served hot and quick. A little heavy on the sauces. The overall valued experience here is okay.
