Nestled in the heart of Burlington, Haritna Lounge promises an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience that blends tradition with a modern twist. The atmosphere is inviting, with warm tones, comfortable seating, and a relaxed vibe that encourages long conversations over delicious food. However, despite its charm, there are a few areas where the service could be more polished. The Food: We began with a classic: Baba Ganoush served alongside freshly made pita bread. The smokiness of the roasted eggplant was perfectly balanced by the smooth, creamy texture of the dip, while the warm pita was soft and pillowy, ideal for scooping up generous portions of the flavorful spread. This was accompanied by the Zataar Manakeesh, a delightful flatbread seasoned with fragrant zataar spices and olive oil, baked to perfection. It was simple yet incredibly flavorful, offering an authentic taste of the Levant. Next came the lamb chops, which were cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, they paired beautifully with the side of bulgar. The earthy grains were light and fluffy, providing a hearty complement to the richness of the lamb. The mixed grill followed, featuring a delectable combination of chicken and beef kebabs. The chicken was succulent with just the right amount of charring, while the beef kebabs were savory and tender. The accompanying Shirazi salad, with its refreshing mix of cucumber, tomato, and herbs, added a bright, fresh contrast to the smoky meats. We also tried the grilled chicken with a side of rice. The chicken was well-seasoned and cooked to juicy perfection, while the rice was fluffy, aromatic, and lightly spiced—a perfect match for the tender meat. The standout dish, however, was the Haritna Tawook Pottery, the chef’s special. Served in a clay pot baked with a sesame pita on top, this dish was a showstopper. As we broke through the crispy pita crust, we were met with a rich, creamy mushroom gravy that enveloped perfectly grilled chicken pieces. The dish was a delightful blend of textures, with the crispy bread giving way to the tender chicken and silky gravy. It was indulgent without being heavy, and the subtle sesame flavor from the pita added an extra layer of depth. Service: While the food at Haritna Lounge was outstanding, the service left room for improvement. Though the staff was friendly, the pacing of the meal felt inconsistent. At times, we waited longer than expected between courses, and it seemed as though the restaurant was slightly understaffed for the evening. A bit more attentiveness and better coordination would elevate the overall dining experience to match the high quality of the food. Final Thoughts: Haritna Lounge delivers on its promise of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, with dishes that are full of flavor, expertly prepared, and thoughtfully presented. The Haritna Tawook Pottery is a must-try, and the rest of the menu, including the Zataar Manakeesh, holds up just as well. With a little fine-tuning of the service, this restaurant could easily become a standout in Burlington’s dining scene. For now, it’s worth the visit for the food alone, which is nothing short of spectacular.

Food was amazing. Fresh and flavourful, definitely will return. Only feedback is for the surver to check in shortly after the food has arrived. We were 1 of 2 tables there at lunch hour around 1 and it wasn't busy. We wanted to order a few other things but it was difficult to get the server's attention.

Haritna truly exceeded our expectations with its exceptional Middle Eastern cuisine and impeccable service. We had the pleasure of enjoying a variety of dishes, including the hummus, baba ghanoush, lamb chops, and umm ali, and each one was simply outstanding. The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh, warm pita bread. The baba ghanoush was equally delightful, bursting with smoky flavors and a silky texture. The highlight of the meal was the lamb chops—succulent, tender, and seasoned to perfection. To finish, the umm ali was a delightful treat, full of comforting sweetness and flavors that left us wanting more. What made the experience even better was the top-notch service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Every detail was taken care of, from the timely refills to the thoughtful recommendations. Haritna is a gem, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable meal. Highly recommended!

On weekends they have a live band, but it was too loud. The interior decoration is nice, and they have a small outdoor patio option in the summer.

We came to Haritna as a party of 2 on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was relatively empty and quiet. We ordered the Baba Ganoush as a starter and the Family Mixed Grill Platter for our main course, which came with rice and salad. The food was delicious, filling, and came out within a reasonable amount of time. The meats were grilled and seasoned well, the salad was fresh, and the rice was flavourful as well. We knew the family mixed grill would come with a lot of food, but we wanted some as take-out, so we got it anyways and packed the extra food to go. The only thing we found a little annoying was that we had to keep calling the servers, and they were not easy to get a hold of. Despite there only being 1-2 other families and 2 servers, they did not come to check in with us. We had to call the server to order, call the server to get water (this should be automatically done when a customer sits down especially considering it's summer), call the server to get take out containers and the bill. No one came to check in with us, which shows a lack of customer care.

We had a nice time at this restaurant. We ordered two appetizers and two mains (mixed grill) and I would say it was enough for 4 people. The meats where cooked perfectlya. Overall worth the price! Would recommend.

Updated review had the all you can eat eat breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. There was eight of us and we had a great time. The food is so good and authentic. The service was great. The waiters helped out a lot. Went here a few weeks ago for a late night shisha. Had a good time, it was a week day so it was quiet. The drinks were great and so was the shisha. Will definitely be going back again to try their food soon.

Tried their breakfast & lunch dishes on couple of occasions. Very nice place. Has a nicely set spacious seating area outside. The food was delicious & came in with freshly baked bread. We also enjoyed couple of their fresh juices. Hope it maintains this overall high level of quality and satisfaction. Will be back again!
