Stopped at Hangry Chicken at Winona crossing for a quick lunch yesterday. I had the Grill Chicken sandwich with a mixed green salad on the side. My husband had the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich with a side of rice ... and wow ! So good ! Everything was fresh, and the sandwiches and rice were piping hot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. !

This is truly a great choice! The food is delicious! Shout out to Amanda (in the kitchen) who made amazing piri piri chicken sandwiches!! And the chicken poutine was fire! I’m definitely telling as many people as possible to go try your food! Can’t wait for a location to open near us in Fonthill area.

Fantastic experience at the Winona Crossing location. Very friendly service, and the food was amazing. Had tacos, and rice bowls - one with pulled chicken and one with crispy - they were huge portions at a very reasonable price. The crispy chicken was light, very crisp and not at all greasy or oily. It was one of those meals that you eat, and then immediately start thinking about the next time you can come back!

Just tried them for the first time and am blown away! My wife and I had the whole chicken platter with veggies and potatoes, WOW! Great value and the flavor was mouth watering. Highly recommend and will be ordering again soon!

What a GREAT experience and amazingly fresh, hot, cooked to perfection. So courteous and accomodating to our fur family and us. We were able to sit outside, hatch up, pooch inside with air running while we all ate at sat on a couple of their chairs. Kristen was so friendly, we were first time visitors and she took the time explain lunch specials and menu options and Amanda cooked timely, amazing hot fresh food. We will be back.

Delicious! I was hesitant as I’ve been disappointed with Portuguese restaurants in the past but this was amazing. I’ll definitely be back. The taste was on point, I enjoyed all three dishes equally. Staff was super friendly and food was quick!

Update: I recently went back and had the pulled chicken tacos and they were fantastic. I tried Hangry Chicken for the first time recently and it was very good. I had the Honey Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich with roasted potatoes. The sandwich was delicious with just the right amount of heat for me. The potatoes were very good as well, and cooked perfectly. The serving was big and the service good . Everything on the menu looks appetizing and I will be back.

Interesting sauce compared to all piri-piri sauce that Ive tried. Generously covered the chicken which is sooo amazong, could be spicier and the chicken could be crispier. Love the potatoes and long grained rice. Fast service and friendly staff.
