Ground Burger Bar

I typically will avoid leaving reviews because I have come to expect the same from most restaurants. That is until my server at this restaurant- Kenneth. He suggested what to order with a sophisticated level of food knowledge and was extremely helpful. His service was prompt and precise. I have never witnessed a server at this standard of service! Would definitely recommend again simply to have Kenneth take my order. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s been 40 minutes and I’m still waiting for 1 burger. I am here alone and there’s a total of 8 other people here between 3 other tables. Why a burger and fries takes this long to cook is insane. There is also 3 cooks and it is mid day 12:35pm, make it make sense. Food is now here mid review, I’m honestly in disbelief. The fries are luke warm but the burger is somehow cold. Like the buns feel like they just came out of the refrigerator and the burger patty is also luke warm same as the fries. I ordered at 12:15pm and just sent the food back at 12:50 after I got it. The burger I got cost $22.99 definitely not worth it. Another update now at 1:07pm, I left the restaurant and drove up to fresh burger that was 5 minutes away. Much better deal for a much better taste in literally 1/8 of the time it took Ground Burger Bun too cook my cold food. My server was really nice though and had a good attitude but after she told me it was going to be a “little wait” for them to re-cook my food after 45 minutes of waiting I was pretty done. Conclusion, drive 5 minutes west of that dump and go to fresh burger, where you can spend less of your time waiting, less of your money, and get more better tasting food.

First time I visit Ground Burger Bar restaurant, I am sitting outside the breeze and the view was nice too, I ordered dinner which was a Hamburger with Cheese and Egg and i added Tomatoes and Lettuce and I also ordered Curly Fries. The Hamburger sandwich was good but the curly fries were overcooked, The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly only the chairs were not very comfortable to my age. I recommend.

Phenomenal burgers, THICC Onion rings and a great spot by the train tracks makes this place one of my fav burger places. It was unfortunate that our order took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. We were quite hungry and the wait felt longer. Also do not order the Mac and cheese side. It was surprisingly bland and a waste of food. Did not eat it.

Love visiting new burger spots and ground burger bar is right up there with the best of them Love the fun, vibey interior and the numerous beers available to try Love getting bison as burgers when i can and they have it at ground burger. Bison can be a little more dry than your regular chuck, but it’s got such a nice flavour to it and with the right toppings, you will love it The onion rings were nice and crispy and i just devoured the burger and rings. Parking is actually quite easy with a string of parking spots readily available behind Main Street Newmarket. There is also a patio away from Main Street which can be kice, quiet and relaxing with the scenery around Service was great. Super quick and super efficient bringing out my food in a matter of minutes. Great job overall

Delicious food, very fresh and flavourful albeit somewhat pricy. The parking lot is a nightmare, there are not enough parking spots and we had to circle around the block three times to find a spot, on a Tuesday afternoon. The service was very attentive and the place is nicely decorated and clean. Was a little too loud for my neurodivergent brain, but it’s a me issue and didn’t bother any of my companions. Overall a really nice place for a great burger.

Had a lovely time with girlfriends on the Ground Burger Bar patio yesterday! It was my first time, and I will definitely be back. The menu is out of this world ... really enjoyed the El Fuego Burger and Sweet Potato Wedges ... yum! 😋 Our server, Mia, was very attentive, and the fully shaded patio was a delight on a gorgeous summer afternoon ☀️

First timer with sister and nieces and food was awesome no complaints. A little pricey but worth it! As first timers we received a nice dessert to share. Shout out to Craig who was our server was helpful, and kind. Only thing was service was slow not at fully capacity yet busier for a Monday and not many servers working thus a 4 star but I definitely recommend this place!!!
