I read some.of the bad reviews and I will say they have changed.. I tried Ginos when the first opened and I didn't like .. never went back . My wife used to get Ginos with her father for ever since day one so we gave it a shot.. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of ingredients and it was cooked the way I like.(well done too crispy crust).. Deliverydrives are very nice people so tip .for a.comment saying his topping were falling off his slice into the box.. learn howto eat pizza bud. 🤦‍♂️was it your first day? If you order 5.toppings and that very well may happen.. Most bad reviews are 2 years old.. thisnolace deserves 4.5 star average at least.

Lost my business due to trying to get me to buy more then the x-large pizza I normally do stay if they changed for minimum order for delivery amount to be spent. Will be taking my businesses elsewhere now.

Should put on the menu that I had to cook my own damn lava cakes. Not to mention my pizza turned into a salad every time I grabbed a slice every topping including the cheese fell into the box. This place is a dump!

Delivery arrived 50 minutes after ordering. (We live 5 minutes away) We ordered a medium with pepperoni, ham & bacon crumble, with green & red peppers on one side and also bread sticks. What we got was half a cheese pizza and the other half pepperoni and pineapple. Clearly they gave us the wrong order, but on top of that, the breadsticks were burnt! (See pictures). We've had issues with this location before, we won't be ordering from there again

We ordered from this store as it had been great many years ago when we lived in this area and our usual pizza place was not able to fill our order. We asked for extra sauce on all our pizzas because Ginos pizza can be a bit dry and the pizzas were still very dry and did not seem to have extra sauce. Most of the toppings seemed thrown into the centre of the pizzas and were not distributed evenly at all. Won't be ordering from here again.

I never give bad reviews about a restaurant unless it’s really bad. This is one of them. Just got two pizzas, cheesy bread and wedges and all of them tasted absolutely horrendous. We were hungry and had to eat some of it otherwise all of it would have gone straight to the bin. The pizzas were like rubber with no flavour and we had to literally find the chicken in the grilled chicken one. Never ever again will I order from here again. I didn’t read reviews ahead of ordering and terribly regret it. That’s $50 I am never getting back.

Ordered a large pizza with wings and the new cinnamon bites. Pizza was good but the wings were barely cooked ,still pink in the middle and the cinnamon bites were burnt to a crisp . Total waste of money, last time I order there
