The service here is terrible. Not friendly and rude. Has happened on multiple occasions and always from the same sever. Food has gone downhill as well. Wings used to be the best in Burlington. Not so much anymore.

The waitress with white hair who took our order was extremely rude and was not helpful in the slightest. For context my sister and aunt have a severe dairy allergy so when they were ordering they simply asked if certain items on the menu had dairy in them. At the start the waitress told us what she knew (which wasn't much) and when my aunt asked about another item she ridley responded by saying "What do you want me to do? Check in the back?" in a very harsh and demeaning tone. Was told later from someone at the other end of the table that she was also not helpful whatsoever when asking about different wines and had a very rude demeanor about her. Opinion varied on the food from "alright" to just "bland". Wouldn't recommend.

Rib & wing combo was excellent! Ribs fell off the bones and melted in your mouth, barely had to chew, sauce was amazing! Jalapeño poppers were very tasty. Service was fast & friendly.

Came in tonight with a few friends to have some beers and wings! We sat on the patio. Our server was amazing. We had excellent service all evening! She even went out of her way to please another table, but it seemed like everything she did wasn't making them happy. People should be a lot nicer to those in the service industry!! 👌

This was our first time there and we loved it. The service especially was awesome. We were treated like regulars. The food was pretty good, too. Large portions and reasonably priced. We'll definitely come back.

Have been looking for good chicken wings in the area and found a great google review about this place. It did not disappoint at all. My mom and I loved it. The food was so good and prices were just right. Lindsey was our server and she was fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food. So many TVs with games on. Great atmosphere!!

Sat March 4th 2023 Unexpected surprise. We went to Gators Bar & Grill on a whim. It was listed on Burlington’s Taste of Burlington, which we have used to discover many great eateries in town in the past. It is very unassuming for the uninitiated – but I am sure locals have been loving it for years. The restaurant is located in a very unremarkable strip mall next to other retail stores, dental offices and similar businesses. Inside it is a lot bigger than it looks. It is a fairly spacious sports bar with tons of seating and many televisions to watch the games. The menu has plenty of options that offer something for any taste. We had the Jalapeno burger with fries, as well as one of the Tastes of Burlington specials – the chicken souvlaki. The portions are good – and TofB specials even more so – a lot of food there. Although the restaurant was very busy when we were there the service was very good- efficient, friendly, and engaging.

This place is awesome. The service is still tip notch, and it's been forever since we had a chance to come back. The food is amazing. Never once have we had any issues whatsoever. The service is what service should be. The atmosphere is very casual and laid-back. Recommend Gator Ted's for a solo meal or a large family affair...they have you covered.
