I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be great. Twice in a row now, they gave me charred chicken. It looked like it had been sitting for quite some time. It certainly wasn’t fresh by any means. Won’t be going back for sure. Complacency is dangerous when you’re a family-run restaurant with a limited market base. Good luck Galinas!

Ordered lunchtime eat in several sandwiches, mussels, salad, and one chicken dinner. Overall food was good. Food a bit over cooked. Steak sandwich dry and tough. But the service was very good. Atmosphere nice. I would like to return to try the cod. Kids menu was generous in portion but could use a vegetable.

Ordered salmon and octopus for lunch. On value: For $40, the pictured plate of octopus was provided (containing only two tentacles). For $30, the pictured piece of salmon was provided (I moved the veg to the side so that the portion can be seen). I felt the portion size of the octopus was too small for the price and the meal was not satisfying. The salmon portion was reasonable however. On taste: The salmon tasted very fishy (I am used to buttery salmon, not fishy salmon). Tried squeezing more lemon on it and adding more pepper but it just couldn’t be improved. The vegetables were pleasant enough but too much oil was used as can be seen from the photos. The octopus did taste good though. Unfortunately I am not encouraged to try this restaurant again because of the above two points.

This is a Portuguese BBQ chicken restaurant in the corner of the plaza. Entrance looks small but inside is quite spacious with a lot of windows. We came in Friday afternoon, and got seated immediately. They also have a lot of takeout orders so the staff is very busy. Ordered: Kabob dinner set -4/5 Half BBQ chicken dinner-4/5 Both comes with big portions of sides, they also provided free bread before the meal. Staff is very welcoming and friendly .

Portuguese cuisine restaurant featuring a variety of Bacalhau and various seafood dishes, also Portuguese BBQ & rotisserie chicken. Very large servings, tasty and nice presentations, order from the menu or from the take-out counter, efficient serve with friendly staff.

It’s definitely a local favourite and is located in Vaughan. Homey style food, very authentic and tasty. The wine list is a little dated & lacking and the ambience could use a little modernization. Other than that, service was good and attentive. No complaint.

What a great spot. Family owned and fresh made to order food. The staff are very welcoming and happy to help. I often go for lunch take out, they have great sandwiches and the fries are amazing! Their also have a hot table with different options every day. I get the steak sandwich and it's just perfect. Dining room is cozy and well set out. There is also a bar and espresso if you want to indulge. If you are short on time, order ahead as the food is made fresh to order. Parking lot can get tight at times, but I've never had to wait for parking. All in all a great place for some delicious food.

Our neighbour highly recommended this joint. We ordered a bunch of food for a family of four. Everything, including the vegetable medley, was well done and delicious. The portion are quite big but now we have leftovers for lunch. The chicken was moist and tasted even better with the signature hot sauce. Overall, we were happy with the experience and would buy from them again.
