Galaxy Burger

Simple perfected menu, best burger and fries I've experienced, especially locally. Chef/Owner knows what he's doing. Fair prices for the servings as well. One extra note in case the owner sees this, I wouldn't have thought to try it if not for the neat little advertisement card with the QR code that came to my house. Efficient local advertising :)

Galaxy Burger has a smash burger that will push your taste buds over the edge. I spoke with the owner and he is very serious about his food. I felt the patty was a bit light but the overall combination of flavour proportion made that irrelevant. The price was on the high end but you got what you paid for. I recommend a visit and we will return for another burger

Very unassuming looking food truck in a lot off Barton... and they just happen to have the best smash burger I've had in Hamilton. So good! I had the Galaxy Burger (truffle mayo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelized & crispy onions) and the spicy fries (huge portion of thin crispy fries). If I wasn't so stuffed I could have eaten another one. Will absolutely be going back.

Would give this more than 5 stars if we could! The owner/chef Kem is friendly and kind and removed a few toppings for one of our party’s food sensitivities. The galaxy burger is a lacy and crispy smash burger with an incredible taste and texture mix (dill, truffle, cheese, tomatoes/lettuce, crispy onions) on a brioche bun. Shoestring poutine let the potato shine with a nuanced gravy flavour profile and high-quality curds. And! the pineapple soft serve is something special. Kem got the machine going so we could have a few servings. Almost like a creamy soft sorbet with intense real fruit flavour. Very worth a visit to their Mission Control site at 423 Barton or one of their satellite residencies at Grain and Grit, Steeltown Cider, and more. 🍔🚀🛰️🛸👽

Found the best smash burgers in Hamilton! I’ve enjoyed these twice now and the burgers and fries are soooo good! The perfect portion, hot, fresh, tasty, consistent quality and officially my new favourite smash burger. Plus the dipping sauces are game changers! Yum! 10/10

Saw their post on instagram and the burgers looked divine. Decided to give them a try and found them at Grain and Grit in Hamilton. Friendly service, they are the best guys to talk to, and shared their path to where they are today. And the food was fresh, the Saturn burger is to die for!!! perfectly seasoned and they make all their sauces in house!!! Fries were fresh and hot and seasoned with salt and pepper as well. If I could lick my plate I would have :) Good job guys and continued success. We will be back......

The hype is absolutely real. This is a really really really good smash burger made by someone who cares and knows what they are doing. Everything down to the pickle brine, cheese choice, and lettuce is made with intent. Buns are top tier. This is really good and I will be coming here very often. I got a single smash with cheese and standard toppings. It was beautiful. Patty seasoning is something to be proud of. Pickles stand out and complement really well. Thick cut tomato. I can’t wait for my next one.
