Gage Park Diner

A classic diner with an impressive veg / vegan menu. Staff is attentive, but not overbearing. Food was classic diner breakfast with lots of drip coffee refills available. It’s not fancy, but it is good. Will return.

Gage Park Diner is a cute and local diner that has a ton of vegan and vegetarian options! We stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed everything. The prices are extremely fair and you can even play games while you wait for your food! My friends come here all the time and we had a great experience! Also, all of the menus are drawings from children and that’s just so cute! We will definitely be back!

Came here for breakfast my one breakfast was supposed to be sausage and eggs instead it was bacon and eggs the second breakfast "hech yeah" came with French toast but no butter and no syrup neither one of us said anything and the server didn't notice either...the food was good and portions where also good the price was a lil high but what isn't high with this trudump tyrant government...the place has a 60's kind of a feel to it...there is parking but no wheelchair access to get in

I’ve only been here twice but this is my favourite diner and breakfast spot in the city. Pancakes are wonderful. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict is a delight. Their homefries are some of the best (perfectly moist but not mushy). The main waitress is such a sweetheart. She sang me happy birthday from the counter when my partner told her it was my birthday breakfast. She’s also great with kids. The rest of the staff are also great too! The menu is very accommodating to those who are plant based. And I absolutely adore the fact that they place the kids drawings on the front of each menu to make it personalized.

I would give this place a million stars if I could. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Food was excellent AND so gluten free friendly. Being celiac usually means I have to skip home fries and toast but not here! We had egg, bacon, toast, home fries and the breakfast BLT made gluten free. Highly recommend. If I’m ever back in Hamilton I will be going here!

Being vegan in Hamilton used to be tricky. But lately, more places have popped up. So glad there are so many vegan options for me here! Came here for breakfast and boy were my tastebuds super satisfied with the food I got! 😋 Thank you Gage Park Diner for having a vegan menu! 🌱 🙌😀

This family diner is a REAL family diner. Coming here reminds me of trips as a kid going to the local diner with my dad. The girls working there really care about you and your experience. They are extremely caring and kind towards baby’s and kids making this spot a very great place to take the whole family. Please check them out and please support local business. What a gem.

You know that delicious breakfast you're craving? Gage Park Diner delivers. Totally blew our expectations away. Food was mouth watering satisfying! The staff makes you feel like you're at home. I'm already planning my next visit! You won't be disappointed.
