Poor vegetable quality. Got a COBB salad which has mushy tomatoes, under riped and blackened avocado (which was inedible) and a lot of the lettuce was also brown. Would not eat here again.

Buddha bowl was okay, didn't taste amazing nor horrible. Mango smoothie tasted nothing like a mango smoothie, tasted like a milk banana smoothie. Service was great besides the fact that no one was at the front for about 5 minutes of me arriving. The server who served me remade the smoothie in an attempt to make it taste more like a mango smoothie but unfortunately it didn't work, just looked more yellow. Overall I would say avoid eating here and get food before arriving at the airport.

Ordered a Teriyaki Twist bowl today and the young female in training made it, then the older woman watching/training her said something to her. The girl then came to me and told me she put chipotle dressing and “is that ok?” Um, it’s called Teriyaki Twist for a reason. I did not order a Mexican bowl, so I told her I wanted what I ordered. She was not happy but made me a new bowl. After getting on my flight and starting to eat it, there was absolutely no dressing in my bowl. I don’t know if she did it on purpose or not but I DO know she is incompetent. Avoid this place.

Freshii in concourse A, near Gate A18. Not a great experience. Things that could be improved: - menu doesn't clearly distinguish between things that are bowls and things that are wraps - server didn't know what goes in the Cobb salad and had to very obviously keep looking at the menu when putting it together - the avocado in the Cobb salad wasn't chopped, just a big lump of half an avocado that was hard to eat

The Caucasian lady (mid-height) working at this location was terrible and did not know how to make the ordered meals. This happened at Freshii at Terminal 3 Domestic side by gate B18. Ordered a Tex Mex wrap. She did not add chicken even though I asked for it and paid for it. When I asked, she said she did. I opened it in-front of her, no chicken. She proceeded to give me chicken on this side. The chicken she gave me was frozen cold. I asked her what I’m supposed to do with frozen cold chicken. She said she’ll warm it up. It was still cold when she brought it to me. I left all the food and just left. It was embarrassing to be honest. Ate at Tim Hortons instead down the hall. The owner needs to look into this and have her replaced or re-trained. I would not recommend eating here to anyone.

I was there for a quick hold, i got texmex bowl and strawberry banana smoothies. Both were good in quality wise. Aryan (who serve our order) is polite and quick. A smoothie was fabulous as same homemade.

A smaller Freshii chain with a condensed and limited menu (falafel or chicken protein) situated in terminal 3 of Pearson airport is probably one of the best options out of a bad bunch at a fairly happy go lucky price for a pretty wholesome well rounded healthy alternative. We got the Oxaca bowl which wasn't too bad, I would have preferred more than around a sniff of three kale leaves but a pretty colorful bowl nonetheless. The server was a super nice guy, very tentative and friendly. Overall for the money it wasn't too bad. Apart from the falafel really is abismal to be completely honest and is clearly pre-frozen imports. The banana cake was a huge mistake in all honesty, super dry, crumbly and pumped full of sugar.

we ordered mango smoothie. it was just plain yellowish sweet milk and with PLASTIC! it was crushed thin plastic bag in the drink. they charged almost $8 for this terrible disgusting drink. I'll check if I can lodge a official complaint with health & safety officer.
