Amanda was great! She was super nice and helpful when it came to choosing our orders! 10/10 food isn’t hard to find but 10/10 customer service is rare these days…

We really love the burgers here. As the name states they really do taste fresh and homemade. I especially like their fries as well.

Terrible experience today. Ordered at 12:25. Was 12:55 by the time I got my food and that is only because I had to ask for it. I had to go back to work so I didn't even get all that I ordered. I told them to keep the extra fries I ordered since they weren't even ready. Loved the original at 16th and Leslie. They definately lost something when they decided to franchise. I don't think I'll be going back

Decor was modern, not too enticing to stay to eat but good enough for lunch time. Service was excellent, and Amanda did a great job training and giving us the recommendations to ensure we got quality food with the best amenities. I chose the Cheeseburger Poutine, I love poutines and rate them publicly on Google review. My score for this Poutine is as follows: Gravy: 4.5 Fries: 4.8 Cheese: 4.8 Overall on poutine alone: 4.6 Now, the cheeseburger poutine overall score: 4.3 Recommendation: I recommend this entirety. I love how it's already cut up to help section off. The mix and additive of gravy is complimentary to the dish. Well done fresh burgers. I give it a 👍👍👍👍 thumbs up with a highly recommend to try and eat.

I ONLY came in because I had a buy one get one free coupon. However, the guy at the front was super nice, gave me a rundown of how they do things and provided me with some REALLY good burgers. They make everything fresh and you can see it because they basically do it right in front of you. A SOLID SOLID burger that didn’t make me feel bad or gross for eating it Would definitely come back

Burger was excellent. Executed right. Fries on the other hand. I’m not sure why everyone is saying their fries are amazing. The fries I had are over cooked, hard as a rock. I could probably chip my teeth trying to eat this fry chip. They are more like chips compared to fries. This is my 2nd time and I was hoping for better fries but again hard and super crispy. No centre. It’s like your eating a chip. Don’t let these reviews fool you. They aren’t good fries at all and I know good food. I’m a foodie. Definitely not cooked like fries should be cooked.
