I used to always get beef patties from here after shopping but since the new owners took over, their patties have been sub par. Like cheap, dry and barely any filling. Hope they will get better quality patties or i will not come back here

The service at Frank Hamburger is amazing and efficient. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure you have a pleasant dining experience. I ordered the poutine and the food arrived in a timely manner. Very clean and Nice staff.

Food here was quite good, I had a cheeseburger and a poutine. Burger was moist and filling and tasted fresh. Poutine was hot and also quite good all for about 12$. So definitely not a bad deal. The service was ok! Food takes a while (but it does seem fresh) And the staff maybe could use a bit of a friendlier attitude or at least a nice greeting would go along way in your customers experience. See a lot of people saying this place went downhill with new ownership. Yeah I can agree its different but the food still seems to be of a high quality and definitely hits the spot! Would come back again.

Stopped by for a cheeseburger and seen it was new owners in which she assured me nothing about the food as changed well let me just say I’ve never gotten a raw burger in the past but I sure did today I reached out to them and all she kept saying was I cooked it well. I will not order from there again

It's far from the best burgers and it's not must try either. However, I can see why some people love this place. The texture of the patty felt similar to breakfast patty. It is softer, finer grid and doesn't taste as meaty or fatty as other burgers but it wasn't dry either. Peach juice was alright. Nature favor and not artificial. Poutine was a let down. Not enough gravy and fries were pretty meh. I did enjoy the burger for sure.
