Great food! Hands down great food but I ordered on Uber Eats and it said free item when you order a sandwich combo. So it came with a free pop? Isn’t a combo a sandwich, fry and drink? So $20 for a combo that came with a free drink. Ok? Also like I said great food!!! But my combo came with maybe 15 curly fry’s. But the sandwich is outstanding!

So let's get this straight. I ordered this through Uber eats. It was quick and warm upon arrival. Problem is I didn't get what I paid for. How do I order a 6 piece strip combo and only receive 3 pieces. I am so disappointed with this and I can't even get my money back cause Uber isn't working with me and Frankie's will obviously not take responsibility for this. Let me tell you, the food quality is amazing, the chicken was blessed and seasoned to absolutely perfection. The curly fries and the bomb and their sauces, don't skip out on the sause. I would order here again but probably not through Uber or any app. If I can't go in, naw.

The quality of the chicken strips and curly fries is always good, but the quantity is definitely not it for the price. The strips are the size of nuggets and theres always an underwhelming amount of fries. Reading these comments from >1 year ago with the same feedback, so doesn’t look like this is something that will change anytime soon.

First, the location is weird as they are located inside the Lone Star restaurant. Nevertheless, we ordered the Jalapeno Popper Sandwich and three chicken strips with curly fries. I enjoyed the sandwich because it had a lot of flavor. I wouldn't order the chicken strips again on account of them being really small and lacking flavor. The curly fries were alright. The coleslaw tastes like onions and pickles. I'd recommend their honey dill sauce on the side. We spent $35 for the two meals so it was really expensive, especially considering how small the chicken strips are - they are bigger and crunchier at Popeyes. And the fries at Popeyes are better too.

The curly fries were good and the seasoning on them was tasty. The chicken strips were small and quite hard. It seemed like they were mostly breading. There were a lot of chunks that were just hard breading. They were okay though.

I've ordered a few times from the Whitby location and thought it was great, however I was far less satisfied with my experience in Pickering. The primary concern is that out of the 8 'chicken strips' that I ordered, 5 of them were hardly larger than a quarter. Closer to popcorn chicken really. The other three pieces weren't much better. Unacceptable for the price. The chicken itself is significantly different from the Whitby location as well. Much more dry and crisp and the hot AF sauce was very conservatively applied and as a result was lacking in heat & flavour. It wasn't bad, in fact I enjoyed the popcorn chicken I was provided. Just different from what I expected. Hard to believe it's the same chain. I have a photo from the Whitby location available on my profile if you're interested in the dissimilarities. The curly fries however were certified bomb and get a solid seal of approval from me. Seasoned to perfection.

Absolutely delicious!! Uber eats is currently having their BOGO sale and was in the mood for a fried chicken sandwich. Frankie’s did NOT disappoint! The chicken sandwich with extra AF hot sauce was so good, the chicken was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. They are very creative with the other sauces they use and the sweet pickles were a nice touch that accompanied the heat from the hot sauce. It was so good that my hubby and I ordered two more sandwiches the very next day! 🙈 It’s nice to know that this is part of Lone Star since we’ve always been impressed with their food. Will definitely go back again!

The chicken sandwich was dominant. Good flavor! Pickles were fresh. Recommend to add extra sauce. Way better than kfc or popeyes!
