Went in at 11:30am on a weekday and had a fantastic experience. Ordering was simple, I wasn’t interrupted when I was making my order. It turned out perfect, fresh and juicy but not so drippy like they sometimes are. The place was not busy at all and it was very clean. I wouldn’t want to come here at peak hours because I know this parking lot fills up quick but midday it’s great. Prices are what you expect from Five Guys. A Bacon Cheeseburger is about $16 now but it’s big enough for the 2 of us so it’s fine for a treat.

Overall your average five guys food, and experience. It’s fried up burgers and fries so don’t get your expectations too high. The food is decent. Nothing too noteworthy. You get the typical menu items, and the much loved extra fries in the bag. Sometimes the fries are more salted than other times. This can happen depending on the staff that day. Pricing is affordable. Service is typically slow, but this is somewhat the standard for five guys. Despite it being a burger and fries joint they tend to take more time to prep items. Staff was generally disengaged throughout at this particular location. Atmosphere was busy, with a long line. Location was dirty. Tables had not been bussed and floors had food items littered throughout. Overall, not a terrible experience. Realistically I don’t expect much from a burger and fries place so this one’s as average to slightly below average for me. However, I would recommend if you are in the mood for a decent burger, fries or milkshake if you have some time

I spent 19.88 on a hot dog fries and a drink as they don't do combos. For that price I was expecting a lot better. The fries were way over salted, the gravy was watery and not tasty. The hot dog was overly sweet tasting and the bun flattened. I will not be going back to this location again The staff were very nice.

I recently visited Five Guys and was thoroughly disappointed. The experience was underwhelming from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested and provided minimal assistance. The burgers were greasy and overcooked, lacking any real flavor or freshness. The fries, which are supposedly their specialty, were soggy and overly salty. The restaurant was dirty, with tables and floors that hadn't been cleaned in a while. The worst part of the experience was the management. The manager was rude and dismissive when I voiced my concerns about the food and cleanliness. Instead of addressing the issues, they made excuses and seemed more interested in chatting with staff than helping customers. This kind of poor leadership is clearly reflected in the overall subpar service and food quality. I won't be returning and would advise others to spend their money elsewhere.

Was excited when 5 guys open. Had higher expectations! Service was horrible waited almost 45 mins for our burgers. Burgers were a disappointment, soggy, wet, tasteless and uneatable. Been to so many 5 guys this store, this store needs to re-teach all the staff how to make burgers properly.

I’ve visited many five guys. This location just recently opened so I gave it a try. I was not happy with the quality of the burger made. Generally the five guys burger is amazing but the bun came out soggy, meat didn’t feel grilled and the veggies look more steamed than grilled. Also the burger was not constructed with the right proportion so it just fell apart. Fries are over seasoned. I’d recommend the owner invest a bit more time and effort in training the staff to keep it up to standard. Feels like they are rushing the burger instead of taking the time.
