Five Guys

Highly recommended for Burgers. The little burgers isn't too small. I love the fresh cut fries and they change up the potatoes ever so often. Plus you can't lose if you enjoy peanuts.

we stopped by this five guys location recently and there were definitely some hits and misses. the fries were really good -- soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, just how they should be. the burger, though, could use a bit more flavor. even with A1 and hot sauce, it still tasted a little bland, like it was missing something to bring it all together. one thing i noticed was that the restaurant could've been a bit cleaner. there were peanut shells on the floor, some leftover food and sauces on the tables, and the hand sanitizer station was empty. even in the ladies' bathroom, there weren't any paper towels. my husband got some paper towels from the men's bathroom and we cleaned our table down. definitely felt like the place needed a little more attention. i'm not sure if it's just this specific location or something more common with the chain now, but i think there's definitely potential for a better experience with a bit more care.

This burger place never disappoints. You get to choose your toppings and sauces, and tastes delicious. The fries are tasty and made fresh and they always give an extra scoop. They offer peanuts where customers can Self-serve and snack on. Will continue to come here.

After More Than A Year I Was There Today For My Lunch , I Spend More Than $18, I Had Order burger ( single patty , lettuce , pickle ,mayo ,hot Sauce , Steak sauce ) Fries and small Coke . Fries was tasty but my burger , I’m surprised , no taste at all , I didnt see any lettuce . I saw girls were working very hard but my side I feel like a I Had waste my money . Why meat has no taste , I see only mayo , maybe they use just one drop , just wanna remind those girls , doesn’t matter how much busy you guys but at least do not forget toppings or sauces when you served the customers , when we eat in the store then no problem , we could ask but when you do takeout , it’s so disappointing. But do not mad on those girls .

Tasty burgers at one of the cleanest restaurants around. I got the cheeseburger with ‘all the way’ and regular fries. The burger is juicy (and a little bit messy) and flavourful and the ingredients tasted fresh. The fries were plenty, enough to feed 2-3 people and were not too bad. Also, they have a box of peanuts that you can snack on.

The food has gotten better in quality and consistency in the last year. Placed an order for pickup, went to the pickup counter the employee was really confused and said I should I get in the line to order. They also do take longer to prepare orders at this location, especially with online orders.

TLDR : Not the best five guys but the quality of the food has almost always been consistent, warm service, the speed of speed can be better Have been to this place quite a few times for me to review the same. Have tried the burgers, the hotdogs & solo patties. I wouldn’t claim it’s The best Five Guys I have been to in Ontario, but what makes me happy about the place is the consistency in the food they deliver. The burgers & fries have almost always been the same. The speed of service can definitely improve and I’m sure a lot of them folks can be pissed about it. But I wouldn’t call it awful. “ FOUR GALS “ better fits this joint :D Jokes apart, the warm welcome by “Kirandeep Kaur” and the effort she puts into billing has been a positive experience for someone who has worked both as FoH & BoH. The place does offer customization in their menu and thus allergens can be dealt with. Veggie options are not that awesome I would say. The place does have working restrooms for all genders A decent joint!

I had a really disappointing experience at this location today. I ordered Cajun fries but received plain, stale, chewy fries instead. I mentioned my order three times to the staff, so it was frustrating to get it wrong. To make matters worse, the container was only half full, and there were barely any fries in the bag. It feels like they really skimped on the portion. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this spot again.
