This place used to be really good the first few months they opened up. I don't know what's happened. The staff has totally changed over....new ownership maybe? It is complete garbage now. Soggy bun that was barely toasted and the sub was cold. Not only that they've sneakily shrunk the size of the sub buns by what seems to be 1-2". They used to be bigger and I know it's not my imagination because my hands haven't gotten bigger. I won't be back to this location again nor will I recommend to it anymore. A 15$ sub should be amazing not lackluster and cold. Firehouse has turned to the junkhouse.

Firehouse is above average and I prefer them over the other franchises. The food is good and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your food. They are pretty quick and there is seldom a wait. The owner is very friendly and has pride in his restaurant.

Subs are okay but not worths it costly price. Having to pay so much then paying more for extra veggies is not worth it for me especially when there’s other sub places what way cheaper. The quality is noting that different from other subs. I don’t see the big hype of this place. To me it’s just average for its price. Definitely a must try if you got the extra $$

Melted cheese on top of warm meatballs with delicious marinara sauce on a toasted whole wheat bun. Initial bite ...perfection 😋 After 1 year of last visit. Meatball sub still the best that I have ever had.
