Update: I was asked to rate before I even got my order. My bad. Lesson learned. Staff was nice. I specifically asked for no pickle so naturally they plopped a big pickle across the top of the bun. It was a take out order for husband so he ended up with a pickle flavoured bun. Also he couldn’t finish what’s normally his favourite sandwich (Brisket) said the meat was beyond dry and hardly any sauce. Said it now reminded him of the same experience last time we ordered from this location. We’ll skip this place from now on.

Wow! I don’t think I’ll ever go to Subway again lol! These subs are just INCREDIBLE!! Tried them tonight after my dad recommended them recently. I had the steak and cheese and oh my gosh it was sooo freakin delicious!! My sons both ordered a meatball and a pepperoni pizza meatball subs and they were just as blown away and amazed at just how good these subs are as I was! I would recommend downloading their app and using it to order your subs because you can get two large subs for $24 bucks which is pretty good. Love you Firehouse Subs!! ❤️ 😍

While the placement of the lettuce was a bit awkward on my meatball sub, firehouse subs are definitely better alternatives to subway sandwiches. You could taste the premium/freshness of the ingredients comparing to subway. Losing a star for the service because the store told me I cannot collect the reward 🥲 the store is well maintained as a fast food restaurant.

first time trying out the subs very delicious. staff and the environment is very friendly. quality and quantity of meat is veryfresh. Harshil gave me the best tour ofthe menu and make sure that subs are closeby to my prefrence.

🚒Firehouse Subs🚒 is an awesome food chain and this new franchise does it right. The service staff (@ 5/20/23 5pm) was blazing fast, super friendly (great with kids), perfectly helpful and bang on accurate. My personal favourite item is the Club on a Sub but this time I got the Cheese Beef Brisket on White. Yes it's good. Tender, juicy, fresh beef 🍖 that's topped with cheddar cheese 🧀 and smokey BBQ sauce. This sub is a hearty messy delight. The hero sub was also super hearty with a perfect blend of meats, provolone cheese, mayo sauce and veggies🥬🧅. An ideal sandwich 🥪 The staff was also kind enough to set up my daughter with a meat only dish of smoked turkey 🦃 since she was being picky. The prices are a bit high but they do support good causes. The personal care and friendliness here amped up our visit. The overall valued experience here is Great. Make a visit if you are craving and don't forget to round up if you can😉.
