Firehouse Subs Major Mackenzie Maple

I’m usually a fan of Firehouse Subs, but today’s experience was disappointing. It seems the staff could benefit from some additional training, as customer service fell short. Communication was a challenge, and the attitude of the male employee who made my sandwich was less than welcoming. Spending over $30 should come with a better experience and better food. Hopefully, improvements can be made in the future.

I have been to this location many times and this is the worst experience I have had. Miscommunication during ordering due to language barrier asked to add several toppings but that didn't happen, other toppings that were supposed to come with it taken off. Name misspelled and misunderstood during the ordering process. $35 bucks for 2 sandwiches what a rip off when it's not done properly.

I cannot say enough great things about this Firehouse Subs' team. We had a lunch catered in for our company today and everything went perfectly! From Rozan initially working with me to plan the food (with veggie options) and confirm pricing, to Kunj working with me on the finer details and delivery. Everyone loved the food and presentation. 6 stars out of 5 if I could!

I ordered a brisket sub! Delicious. The customer service was less than great. I was just handed my food. Other customers were delivered food at their tables with proper baskets and napkins. I had not asked for my food to be for takeout.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for 9 sandwiches for my department at 11:30 a.m. for a 1 p.m. pickup. Despite this, the order wasn’t ready until 1:30 p.m., which was frustrating. After such a long wait, I expected the food to at least be warm, but everything was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. What made the situation worse was that meat was added to a veggie sandwich, which was completely unacceptable.

This place is awesome. Much fresher and better quality than subway, especially the protein/meat options is where it really differentiates from other places. I feel much fuller going to Firehouse and ordering a large, compared to a footlong at subway. Also, the toppings and meat are portioned generously. Will come back again

Super high quality sandwiches! Great quality ingredients that make the entire sandwich a showstopper. Love the theme of the chain and the message they stand for. Service is great and interior is always clean and up to par. The only thing is that everything on the menu is a bit pricey. You pay for quality I guess. Definitely considering these a treat if I were to return. Love the meatball sandwich and pickle on the side.

First time to this place picking up supper for my family. The service was quick, polite, and engaging. The staff were eager to talk about the product and very respectful of comparisons to the competition. They offer a variety of subs. The fan favorite is the meatball sub and is the best seller. The staff favorite was the Italian sub so I'm gonna try that next. Great experience and amazing staff at this location. Might make this a weekly spot.
