I got the smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket and it was good but not as great as other firehouse locations I’ve ordered from I went around lunch time and there was still decent seating but I did notice some tables weren’t wiped down so I ended up eating in my car and the serving cutout where you are handed your order was quite cluttered and had a lot of food bits and crumbs which was gross to reach over to grab my sub I understand it was the “lunchtime rush” but the place wasn’t that busy overall 3.5 out of 5 though that could go up a lot with just a little more housekeeping.

Been visiting since their early opening date. Never had a problem with their subs. Staff are so great here. Only problem I've had is ordering on their app for pickup a few times - just said it was offline. Had to drive to Appleby to pick up an order. (Was sick and didn't want to stand around inside waiting.) Easily the best sub location in Burlington for a big meal at a good price.

Below average overall. Tried their steak and cheese sub, the bread was kinda stale and chewy. Not worth the $15 for a 7 inch sub.

By far the BEST hot sandwiches. The beef and cheddar brisket is pure YUM 😋 the pickle is the cherry on top. The staff here are all so friendly, the area is always clean. My kid loves the firefighter hats too! The App is also super easy to use! I get notifications whenever there are deals and the points go a long way!

I had the pleasure of dining at Firehouse Subs last night, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I walked in at 8:30 PM on April 8, I was greeted by the kindest lady who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She patiently explained the menu and enthusiastically answered all of my questions, making sure I felt confident in my choices. When my food arrived, it was beyond perfect—it was a culinary masterpiece. Every bite was bursting with flavor, leaving me convinced that it was the best food I've ever had. Thank you, Firehouse Subs, for an unforgettable dining experience.

The food service was great! I placed the order for a deluxe sandwich platter and the snack pack for a small group doing training in our office. They were so kind and were able to accommodate us on such short notice. If you are planning on ordering please give them enough time to prepare. Sadly there was a snow storm and they still managed to delivered to us! The food was absolutely delicious and the duke's mayo and mustard is such a great pairing for these sandwiches. The packaging and presentation was well done. Even one on our team loved the sandwiches! Will definitely have to order two platters next time. Just great service and so thankful for there curiousness and a special thank you to the girl who did our delivery! Thank you!

My god this is the best big name sub place, would recommend not to eat the meatball sub in the car but 100% worth the mess amazing (January 2024) 2nd review Today I had the Brisket Sub, was absolutely amazing 10/10 and my mom had the Canadian Turkey Club she absolutely loved it, great service! Served us the Food at the table, gave a great recommendation to my mom, but… the Atmosphere it is still cool and creative but there definitely needs to be more cleaning on tables after customers get served and little messes on floors. But still the best sub place in Burlington and will be coming back way more often and thanks for the fire hat that was definitely meant for a child 🤭 (May 2024)

FINALLY!!! 🙌🙌🙌 A warm Pastrami and provolone sandwich on a toasted sub worth praising 🙌🙌🙌 We also had the chance to chat with the owners that were on site greeting everyone that walked in and it was an extreme pleasure to meet them. A husband and wife team that are TRULY genuine, personable, upstanding and care about their product and patrons. They’re the kind of people ANYONE would want conducting business in their community and EVERY franchises dream team. The place was so SQUEAKY CLEAN that if you dropped your food on the ground you would apply the “10 second” rule. Great subs and great people which makes it so easy to want to go and support. Can’t wait to go back and try the Smoked Meat Sub and a few other subs I was torn on getting.
