Service is alright, as is the atmosphere. It isn’t fine dining so I don’t expect it to try to convince me otherwise. Where Firehouse Subs locations shine is in the food. Portions are generous and pretty much all of the subs they make are delightful. I have had pretty much everything on the menu at this point, and have not really been disappointed ever. Always warm and tasty. It’s a bit expensive but I do feel you get what you pay for here. I recommend.

Haven't tried the food yet, currently waiting on the sub. But just wanted to say the service was amazing here! She was happy, kind and knowledgeable. Eating space is clean.

Very busy. Waited a long time. Not much seating for eat in. The owner was very friendly though and staff was good. Obviously the subs are top notch here. - edit to clarify. Seats were very limited. Mostly due to everyone waiting to pickup orders.

So, I decided to stop in after hearing good things about Firehouse Subs, and it did not disappoint. There were eight of us, and we had the spicy meatball, steak and cheese, brisket, clubhouse, and more. The subs are packed full of meat, and the taste is amazing. The staff was friendly; they all welcomed us when we walked in. I cannot find anything negative to say, except this place isn't where I live. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in Barrie, plus buy a bucket to support the first responders.

What's not to love about this restaurant! Ordered the Sweet n Spicy Meatball Sub. Italian meatballs, melted provolone, and zesty marinara. Came with 2 packets Captain Sorensen's® Datil Pepper Hot Sauce and red pepper flakes. It was packed with so much flavour. My only wish would be the meatballs should have been stuffed better inside the sub as when you take a bit you have to hold it a certain way to prevent the meatballs from falling . Other than that no complaints. Delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Kinjal at Firehouse Subs, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Kinjal's exceptional customer service skills were evident from the moment I walked in. They greeted me warmly, took my order with precision, and ensured that every detail was attended to. Not only was Kinjal efficient and attentive, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my meal. Their friendly demeanor and genuine interest in providing excellent service made my visit to Firehouse Subs truly enjoyable!

The sub I had here was amazing. I had a medium New York Steamer and it was love at first bite! The cost is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The staff was really friendly and accurare with our orders. We didn't have to wait long for our subs. We were given a number and they brought the food right to the table. They even followed up while we were eating to see how everything was. The place is very clean. We will definitely be going back
