Fam Burger

My family and I live right around the corner from Fam Burger. My younger brother asked the owner if he could park there overnight as he couldn’t get into the driveway on a snowy day and they said yes, in the morning my brothers car had been kicked in heavily and asked if they could provide their camera footage and they said no….. he had a brand new car and they wouldn’t give access to the cameras… this makes me think they did it. We were also frequent customers.

I was amazed by how tasty and juicy their chicken strips were. I even asked if they were homemade because they were unlike any other chicken strips I’ve had. I had to place another order for the hubby to share the great experience. They even threw in some complimentary fries. I also think their sweet and sour sauce is one of the best I’ve had.

The two guys that worked there were awesome. They went out of there way to make sure we had enough room at our table with me being disabled. The food was excellent abit pricey, but made up for it definitely by the amount they give you. I would go back anytime going by and forsure tell people how great your restaurant is.

Super kind service. Checked in with us on how our food was. Food is yummy and you get tons! I got a poutine and cheese burger. Very flavourful! I definitely recommend and will go again when I’m driving through again. Also it’s very clean!!

Was looking forward to trying this place as I drive through on occasion. I walked in for take out and was greeted. Nice enough. Saw the prices and was amazed. I'm still not used to all this inflation. A burger for $10 is just unreal (that's not a combo), but I figured this is going to be good. I went with the mini bacon cheese. Service was pretty quick. They didn't ask me what I wanted on it. I happened to notice there was no garnishes out. Got the burger and went to my car and looked forward to some quiet time with my burger. The bun unfortunately was not a good burger bun. Crumbly which for me is no good. The burger was warm enough but the garnishes were sooo cold that it made the whole burger just seem cold. The flavour was there but the coldness and crumbly bun took away from it all. I was going to take it back but was too tired to bother. I just won't be back but hopefully they get things right or this is a one off. If owner happens to read this I'd be happy to hear the response. I think it's a great little location and has potential but not as it stands.

I made a pit stop at Fam Burger on my journey back to Toronto from Wasaga Beach. I opted for just fries since I adhere to a Halal diet, which isn't offered there. I have to admit, the fries were exceptionally delicious, the best I've ever had. Based on that, I'm confident the burgers must be equally tasty. It would be a great idea for them to introduce Halal chicken to their menu. This could significantly boost their sales, especially since many Muslim families traveling to Wasaga Beach often search for Halal food options on Google and would be drawn to places that offer it.

While passing through town, my husband and I stopped in at this little gem. Not only was the service kind and welcoming, we received our order in a speedy fashion. Less then 5min. and we were out the door and eating our delicious burger. The food was hot, loaded, and full of mouth watering flavors. The owner was a joy to speak with and I wish them the best as they grow. Stop in and try them out! You might just find a new burger place to enjoy! Thank you again for the wonderful first time experience!!!
