First time having breakfast at EggSmart in Markham, I had the French Benedict it was delicious and the over easy egg on top just juicy and the potatoes as good as well recommended to try this!!!

I have been coming to this location for about 5 years and the food has always been great but last weekend was different. I believe the owner/management has changed as I noticed new staff. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than before. They used to serve full sized fruits (a slice of cantaloupe/2 slices of oranges) but this time we were given very small portion of fruits. A few strawberry & banana slices as seen in the picture attached. We had toast with our meals and jam wasn’t served with it. We asked for jam and got a small rectangle bowl with a few packets of jam. I know they have a big rack which has many different types of spreads on it but since we weren’t given it, I thought they had discontinued the rack. A few minutes later I noticed the table next to us got the rack with the spreads. This made me very disappointed and I found it annoying to ask the server for more jam once we finished the ones that were in the bowl.

Went today with wife. Eggsmart delivers delightful dining experiance. They use quality ingredients in affordable price. Overall experiance was good and will come back.

Wife and I arrived at 11:15am. Ordered chicken and waffle, along with Santorini Scrambled. First the coffee and orange juice arrived. We waited 30 minutes for food to arrive. In that time my orange juice was finished. When food came, plates were cold, food was cold and looked disgusting. It wasnt even busy in there from the time we got there. Three customers who came in after us got their food within 15minutes as we observed. This is our second time coming here and will be the last. Really disappointed.

Came here for breakfast with family. Preparation is quick and food quality is good. Nothing to complain. Take a bit long to wait for server to take orders at peak hours (aound 9-10am) but acceptable. Spacious restaurant with sufficient physical distance maintained from next table. Overall is good and will come back for more eggs.
