I had an amazing experience with Kim as my waiter! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality really enhanced the dining experience, and she was quick to accommodate all our requests. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be back for more great service!

Came in with my family tonight for dinner and had an excellent experience. When we first arrived I was nervous that the service would be poor and slow due to how busy it was, but that wasn’t the case at all. Our server Karen made it just a pleasant experience. She was extremely prompt and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, it came out hot and relatively fast considering how busy they were. Thanks again Karen, we will be back again

My daughter and I treated ourselves to lunch this past weekend. The food was great however at the end of our meal, our waitress handed the bill to me and immediately handed my daughter a business card stating " this is for you. It's to post a "positive" review for me. You need to do this because the more positive reviews we get, we get to keep our jobs". Seeing how I was the one paying for our lunch and providing a tip based on the service we received, I would have thought I would have been asked. Regardless, this is a horrible begging game. Asking staff to beg customers for positive reviews to keep their job. I'm not completely convinced this is the reason why. As when I asked (and gestured towards a gentleman standing near the bar) if this was her manager. She immediately told me "not to approach him and ask about it, because he was fighting for reviews to keep his job also. It's coming for corporate". If this is true, it's a disgusting thing to do to staff. If you don't like your staff's work ethic, then train them so they can be better at their job.

One of the worst takeout areas I’ve ever seen. They’ve a separated area that’s fine but 99% of the time there’s no people. There’s a bell but I highly doubt that works. Servers will see you but won’t come to say anything. Every time I’ve been there, they take some extra time just for having no one at the takeout area. Please, try to put one person at least there or make her or him to come after every couple of minutes or so to see if anyone’s waiting or not.

Headed to a family Christmas party at this location, today. Made a reservation for 10 and they confirmed they had the staffing. Kids drinks (fancy) took 20 minutes to make. First meal arrivals to last meal arrivals was 25 minutes. First people were done before last 2 meals arrived. There were periods of time between check-ins which made us believe our servers shift had ended. Cheery on top - we went to use the OMHA Player Discount Card which provides 10% per meal and was told there was a new owner policy that this was no longer available to groups over 6. Even the server said "that unfortunate". The back of the card clearly states up to 8 meals....and we had 2 cards :). We'll be heading to Kelsey's or Montana's for the next get together.

Amazing service by the manager Rahul!! He was very attentive and made me experience the best ever. Food was fresh and delicious unlimited salad soup and bread even after the entree.

This evening my friend and I dined in at East Side Mario’s and had Kim as our server. She was more than kind and constantly checked in on us to make sure that we were content with our food and service. Most times at places I find interactions with servers are very transactional without any conversation, but I felt welcomed into the environment and Kim engaged in very friendly conversation to contribute to a comfortable and positive atmosphere. The service was very prompt and the food was great!! I would highly recommend and I left beyond satisfied with my experience. Thank you Kim:)
