Asked and received a substitution for my Dinner of Two order. Beef Veges instead of Chicken Chow Suey at no extra charge. All portions were plenty large enough. Cashier was slightly younger than 16 yrs old but very polite in her service°.

This place has went downhill. The cleanliness is not there. The freshness of the food isn’t there! The food is super greasy. Fortune, cookies, and egg rolls tasted stale. When I went to go pick up my food, I watched the cooks, touching the cash register the fridge in the deep fryer, no gloves and did not sanitize their hands. This is the last time I will spend my money

Been ordering here for many years now, and there is this girl who is middle aged in the 5-6th grade. She has been working at the restaurant ever since she was around 8 years old, it's insane. Food and service was always amazing until it wasn't, the owners there (her parents) forced her to work. There is a little brother who is around 2 and another little girl around 4 years old. It's a whole family service, but the only one working is the eldest daughter. She used to be cheerful and smiley, but recently she always seems upset because the little sister is often kicking her, pulling her hair or throwing toys while her parents aren't looking and the parents aren't doing anything about it but yell at the older daughter without recognizing what the younger one was doing. Kids shouldn't be working at restaurants in the first place, if you read back to older reviews you can see how other people realize this aswell. Verbally abusing their middle aged daughter. Labor laws exist for a reason, this is my actual warning, I never want to see that girl working near the front desk or the back at the girl packing orders or taking orders. The next time I step foot into that restaurant and I see her anywhere near the front desk I will not hesitate to call child protective services, the way the parents treat the younger siblings versus the older one is unacceptable. Horrible parenting, the whole place just gives off depressing vibes. The restaurant should get shut down.

Ordered a bunchhhhh of take out from Dragon Wok 🐲🀄️and was not disappointed 🥡🥢 It came within a reasonable time, was hot when it arrived, and tasted very yummy 😋 Would definitely order again 🙃👌🏼

Food was over cooked. Lemon chicken arrived and I actually thought it was fish filet. All 3 menu items were gross and no one finished their meals. Very disappointing as this used to be a favourite of ours

Very disappointing on how much the quality of their food has changed. When I used to go and order chow mein they used to give you a thick red noodle and the sauce was to die for... I haven’t been to this location for a while now but when I ordered my usual I was given over cooked cheap pasta noodles with a thin sauce you can barely taste...I’m pregnant and this was my craving so very very disappointing I can barely eat it.
