What a waste of time and cardboard pizza. I tried doughbox first time at young street in toronto. So i decided to go yesterday again at hamilton location because how good was first experience. Cardboard pizza no taste you cant even bite. Rose pasta was super dry. On top of that staff was literally yelling names. It Wasnt even busy. Wasted $50 dollars.

We had a combo of 3 pizza, salad and pasta. We went at busy hours so need to wait long. Unfortunately wait wasn't worth it, we didn't like it that much, it was okay. Although the base of pizza and dipping sauce was really good. I would not recommend this place to a friend...

Stick to pizza! Ordered the bee stinger, cheese pizza and the diavolo pasta. Pizza was good I’d give it a 7.6 / 10. Pasta was bland and not great at all, no salt and minimal taste. If I go back I’d only get the pizza. Also the specials that were available on the screen in the restaurant were not available online.

Every time I order takeout they put a receipt over the sticker that is supposed to keep my pizza box shut. Doughbox uses a third party delivery company. How do I know the driver hasn’t breathed on my pizza then shut the box back without that sticker? Also one time I ordered the apple pecan salad and they replaced my pecans with croutons, I would’ve ordered differently if I’d known they didn’t have pecans

We recently ordered two pepperoni pizzas from Doughbox to give it a try. We ordered a thin crust and thick crust version. Both were fantastic. The cup pepperoni is so good! Plenty of cheese. A very flavourful sauce. Not a huge difference between the thick and thin crust but was perfectly fine with that. You really can’t beat a wood fired pizza. We ordered online for pickup, and was cooked and handed out quickly. We will be revisiting, as it was fantastic!

Came in for lunch during the week. Went with a custom 5 topping pie. Premium ingredients and as heavy or light as you want. One of the perks of this place is you can talk to the chef cooking your pie so I asked for well done. Perfect cook with nice undercarriage and no flop. #everybodyknowstherules

Ordered their meat lovers wood fired pizza. I get it, I don't live close, so I expected it to be warm. I did not anticipate the center falling apart, nor was I expecting such a small pizza. They don't have sizes on Uber eats, so I thought their $19 pizza would be a reasonable size. What I got was 8 pieces and half the toppings were off the pizza. The pizza itself was cold, the crust was burnt which I was expecting it being from a wood fire oven. I don't think I'll order from here ever again.

EDIT: Sep 2023 This is my fifth time here, but most recently Doughbox accommodated a party of 20+ and they did an amazing job! All the pizzas came out perfectly cooked and fresh, and since it was hot they provided free cups for water, as well as extra utensils and plates for cake. Outstanding service from the team! 2021 review: Pizza is freshly made with very unique flavours that make me want to go back and try all of them! Tried the margarita, twisted club, and electric avenue. All delicious, crispy, and not too thin/thick. A little slow but it’s expected.
