This place has a nice vibe, but unfortunately the burger was just OK, and it tastes slightly overcooked for me. The fries were the most soggy fries that I have ever had. Definitely not worth its current rating of 4.7 stars.

Excellent place to stop for a delicious burger. The staff was helpful and pleasant, the floor was very greasy and slippery. The food was perfect though and fries were cooked perfectly.

One of the best burgers we have ever had in Hamilton, by far! Note: I added a tiny handful of fries to the photo for visibility - but rest assured the portion was overly generous. We will be back for sure!

Very tasty burgers that are freshly prepared. The fries are amazing! Nice and helpful staff who have no problem adjusting your order according to your request. Mínus is that they don't have any combos and their patio is not very nice.

They made me wait 20mins for my burger. Then I glanced at their grill to find at least 15 or more burgers being cooked. I guess that's why you have to wait, they get a LOT of orders. But once I had a bite on my burger, it was well worth it. Burger was juicy, veggies were fresh and neatly stacked, and french fries were wonderfully crispy. I would go back.

We made it here just before they closed and I am so glad we did. Thanks to the friendly staff who were so kind and gave their recommendations! Great casual burgers and no worries if you’re only a fan of greens because the stuffed portobello mushrooms are a great vegetarian alternative! Simple but effective menu, with easy customization of toppings. Quality over quantity! Location is great and even if there’s limited seating, being able to grab a burger on the Westdale Village patio makes it even better! Definitely returning sometime soon.

🌸 Their home made burger taste good but too bad they don’t have onion rings which is why i gave $4 stars. 🌸 they only accept cash when i went there so i am not sure if there is any changes now. 🌸 because of covid, no one is allowed to eat inside their store and would also have to wait outside the store for your order. So, i don’t know as well if there is any changes right now.

We went here for lunch and really enjoyed the burgers. They were juicy and beautifully made. The fries were dark and crispy. I liked them, but found them a bit overcooked. However, my wife enjoyed the fries, so it's just a matter of preference.
