I don't usually write poor reviews however after my second frustrating experience with this store and no reply to a request from the manager I decided to share my experience. We placed an order for a custom blizzard cake on a Monday, the employee said they would call us to let us know IF they can make the cake or not. No call back, I tried for three days to reach the store and the phone just rang and rang, no machine and no one ever picked up. I gave up and went into the store on Saturday to see if they had the cake ready. No cake, and no call to let us know it couldn't be done. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the manager was told he was not in but would be in later in the day. I left my contact information no call back. So we ended up buying a cake off the shelf but not the one we gave them almost a weeks' notice to make and no response from anyone. If you need a cake for special event I wouldn't suggest buying here as they don't seem to care about customer service at all. Also this the second time we have had this experience.

A very nice treat after swimming. The problem was that only one person on and there was a line forming behind me of 8 people. That's alot of people for one person.

This is a good Dairy Queen location. The seating area is large enough for a kids birthday get together. They make ice cream cakes and will also decorate it for you with the message of your choice. This can be ordered over the phone. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. They have parking on site close to the restaurant and chairs and tables outside

First time I went here I got sick with minor food poisoning like symptoms, second time I went back my mother got sick with the same symptoms. Something isn't right at this location, Something likely hasn't been cleaned enough.
