Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Visiting Dairy Queen is always such a delight, and I want to commend this particular location. I stopped by just 10 minutes before closing, and the staff were helpful to ensure I was taken care of. Their warmth and willingness to help made my experience truly great, even at the end of their long day.

**Beware! This DQ location is overcharging and refusing to provide receipts. I'd like to speak with the franchise owner. Be sure to check the total when you tap your card. In my case, the terminal was held at an angle, making it hard to see, and I was overcharged by nearly $5. When I asked for a receipt, I wasn’t given one but instead received a cash refund of the $5 and was told there was a "glitch in the system." Additionally, an ice cream sundae was forgotten from my order. When I asked for it, the employee who overcharged me responded with an "OMG," as if fulfilling my paid order was an inconvenience. This overcharging may happen frequently, which could explain why receipts aren’t provided—even when requested.

This restaurant is evidently old or at least very old-fashioned, but the service was friendly, everything was quick, and the food was tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of extra onions when I asked for more—fantastic! They’re quite busy, with people coming in nonstop to buy cakes.

Ordered the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger w/ a regular side of Onion rings in the drive-thru. Haven’t tried DQ food much because not many sell food usually just sweets so I had to come try this location. Nice light batter fry on the onion rings and the burger was perfect and generously sauced. Damn check this place out if you’re craving something quick.

Located at the corner of 16th and Keele. This location has a nice sized parking lot and a patio area to enjoy during the warmer months. The staff is very friendly and efficiently crafting up yummy frozen treats along with burgers and fried yummies. The blizzards we enjoyed were nice and plenty of mix ins to enjoy from beginning to end. Definitely a keeper to come back to

This is my first time eating at DQ Grill, I was looking forward to try their burgers. I ordered two cheese burger combo with onion rings. Burger was well built, wasn't falling apart, decent taste. Onion rings were pretty good too, although I found some rings had the part of onion that normaly I peel away and through out. Service lacked smile and friendly greeting, although guy was polite.

Amazing service, I come here for all our employees birthday cakes. The most recent was a few days ago. Showed up before they were even open, the owner was so helpful and served me anyways. I asked her if she could draw me a picture on the cake. Without hesitation she said yes and nailed it! Thank you guys again for the great service. We had some good laughs!

Great way to end the night of jumping down the street at SkyZone. Needed a cool treat and thanks to the DQ there was a $1 Small Dipped Cone offer. It worked on me and we got a snake sized Smarties Blizzard because my son ❤️ SMARTIES! Cone was on par and the Blizzard was the best blended Blizzad I'd ever had. Well done. Four stars only because it's been so long since the last time I went I recall the person was terribly unhelpful in finding a birthday cake. And some of the tables were left messy tonight despite them being empty when we walked in the door. But tonight was great. It was also extremely noisy but we will blame the other people for that.
