I bought a cookie dough blizzard just now and when i got thé blizzard it was melted… i only live like 5 mins away from the place and when i got home it was just soup….. something is wrong with their blizzards. This is not right at all. Me and my brother been having this issue while now. I thought after a while from not ordering it would be fixed but nope. Plus they Charge so much just for melted soup…… also on the 5 min drive home thé car was cold no heat with AC on cold.

Went there for lunch while picking up a bath tub in the city, ordered, waited a long time at the window for them to hand me a blizzard that was half melted (wore some of it when it was passed to me) and then left with no napkins to clean myself off with. When I mentioned it to the girl at the window she was rude. Won’t be back to this location.

Their food is always good, they listen to your requests and rarely if not never mess anything up. They are also cheaper then anywhere else you could order the same thing, they don't fill your drinks with tonnes of ice, very pleased with this establishment. First time driving by and zero vehicles in the drive thru so I had to start the traffic assembly, how could I not? Thank you everyone for such great service constantly.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Suzie and Cameron. They went above and beyond. They exceeded expectations of what customer service is. My boyfriend loved the cake. It was perfect. He loved the film decoration on it. He sends a huge thank you for everything you guys did. Thank you so so much. I wish all of life's favourable blessings on you both and your loved ones.

Don't have your treat inside. Place in a mess no matter where you sit. Ice cream and slushy is delicious. Customer service was nice. Fair prices. No idea why they hide the napkins. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Reason for the low score. 4 star if you don't sit inside.

Good place for having desserts (ice cream mostly). Nice spacious area for families. Sometimes their Turtle ice cream has pralines that are stale. Most other items are nice Would love to see some simple milk shakes included in the menu
