Don’t order food from the Diary Queen on Queenston Road and Don AVE Got 50% off my order from a previous order they messed up. Took a bite and the chicken was raw. Called the store and the employee tells me “it happens sometimes” Just want to warn everyone.

Beware Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken sandwich and got 50% off from a previous order they messed up. Took a bite, and realized the chicken was raw. This is so unacceptable. After calling the store to let them know that this is unacceptable I get told “it happens sometimes”, this should not happen PERIOD. Told them I wanted a refund for the entire order as I’m not eating anything from this establishment and was told no at first. I definitely will be taking this up with higher management as their employees think it’s acceptable to give raw chicken as it “happens sometimes” do not eat here.

The staff member on break was blasting social media from his phone. The staff at the counter were pleasant. Tables were all dirty. Sundae was good. Fries raw. Burger ok.

I just got a banana split Cus it’s my fav and haven’t had it in a while I asked the guy to put half chocolate and half strawberries and with extra toppings, when I received my order it looked like there was barely anything there I remember when I used to get them they’d cover the whole thing now it’s like sections if I’m gonna pay for a banana split I would love to have the whole thing covered in the sauces and a load of toppings instead of like 4 strawberries ether way it was still good but I’m just saying but I hate that places are starting to be cheap on there toppings and sauces meanwhile each fast food places to make a lot of money each year

Food was overpriced and awful. I ordered the cheeseburger meal deal with a medium gravy. Barely any fries, burger was overcooked. When I had to go back and grab the gravy, I had to get their attention and the girl asked me "what now?" Seriously? The place was empty. Oh I was told we had to come back another time to get the sundae because I didn't want it at the same time as my meal. How does that make sense? I had to ask for my receipt and then my boyfriends receipt. I paid an extra $0,60 for nuts...I ended up with a bunch of huge peanuts with the skins on it. What happened to the normal ones they had years ago? My boyfriend ordered the chicken meal. What a joke. 3 small pieces a bit bigger than a nugget. It was so empty in the dining area inside that even the staff were bored. We saw one guy that fell asleep in the booth. Take the day off if you are tired or let someone else who wants to work have your job since you are not worthy. Bathrooms were disgusting. Looks like rodent droppings in the girls washroom. And a sign about proper hand washing instructions....perhaps I should give them a print out of the Health and Safety Act of Ontario. We will never visit this place ever again. Waste of money, time and gas. I had to promise not to ever suggest DQ ever again. That's sad because this was my boyfriends first ever experience with any Dairy Queen. Very disappointed and disgusted. I couldn't even drink 1/4 of my pop because it didn't taste right. We only ate this an hour ago and I am feeling nauseated. The burger was burnt on the outside but undercooked in the inside. Fries were cold, soggy and maybe 15 small fries each. In summary, it's not worth the extra effort, time or money to even open the door to enter this place.

Dairy Queen isn't what it used to be. It seems it is getting too expensive and a bit of shrinkflation is going on ,products seem to be getting smaller. The employees are always friendly and are pretty consistent. This is a good location if you do decide to get Dairy Queen.

42$ for a small strawberry cheesecake ice cream cake seems excessive. That's just me. The cake was ok. I think the price was just a bit high. I believe an option that would benefit both store and customer would be a 5$ coupon with every cake purchase towards your next purchase of $20 or more. Everyone wins!!!!

We've only been here a few times and it is very consistent. There is decent parking and small seating area out the front. The speed of service is ok and the staff are pleasant. The store inside isn't always the cleanest but it's ok. The blizzards and ice cream are always prepared perfectly.
