Firstly, their atmosphere and service is awful. They seem to deal with spoiled raw milk/yogurt or whatever and don’t bother to use air freshener or proper air conditioning. Me and my gf sat for barely 30mins and all this time, this disgusting smell was in the air. Secondly, we tried their waffles and it’s extremely sweet, beyond typical sweetness.

Had the Oreo and Biscoff milk cakes, it was not on menu. Food was good. Note: There was a very strong, not fragrant, smell of milk coming from the kitchen which made the experience less than ok.

Nitya did a wonderful job serving us. He was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even more enjoyable. I tried the Nutella waffle, and it was perfectly made—crispy, warm, and loaded with toppings. Definitely worth it for a fun dessert outing!

I got the ferror richer Blizzard and my Blizzard was super watery. When I asked the servers if the blizzard was supposed to be this runny. They explained to me that they use soft serve ice cream is like that. I swear McDonald McFlurries tastes better my Blizzard from here. My friend has the cookie monster with waffle and the waffle was super doughy. I would not recommend coming here. The workers just spoke to themselves the entire time and took us a while to serve too. I swear the Ajax location has better service than here.

Went for a spontaneous outing with the wife and kids for some delicious desert. Waffles and crepes were on point! Great service, awesome flavors and creative creations! A bit pricey but wow ...the portions are insane. Highly recommend the crepes, they're made fresh and they come out piping hot! Thanks D Spot! Well dome!

I visited D Spot to place a take-out order to fulfill a mid-day shake craving. The dessert bar was an absolute treat for the senses. The moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the array of delightful options to choose from, and the clean and welcoming ambiance set the perfect tone for a memorable experience. For my son, he decided on the Chai Latte Shake, a blend of vanilla ice cream and chai flavors. He loved every sip, and the unique blend of sweetness and spiciness was a hit. As for my own indulgence, I took Adi's recommendation and tried the Twisted Chocolate. This divine combination of chocolate ice cream and cold coffee was a revelation in taste. Adi's friendly nature made our visit even more enjoyable. His knowledge of the menu and passion for what he does shone through in his recommendations and interactions, making us feel genuinely valued as customers and truly showcased the exceptional customer service that D Spot provides.

My boyfriend & I stumbled upon this place randomly and we have been back 3 times in one week... we obviously can’t get enough of it. The staff are AMAZING & make the experience very enjoyable. Shoutout to them :).. Cute atmosphere & you can’t beat the prices either. A MUST try!!!!
