Copper Branch

Copper Branch is a fantastic spot for vegetarians and vegans alike. Their menu is 100% plant-based, and I was particularly impressed with their Power Bowls. The Aztec Bowl, with quinoa, black beans, and avocado, was flavorful and filling. They also have great smoothie options, and the matcha green tea latte is a personal favorite. The interior is clean and modern, with fast service, making it perfect for a quick lunch. A must-visit for anyone looking for a healthy, plant-based meal in the Square One area!!

Best vegan sandwich I’ve had. I also got a smore cookie and it was SO good. I’m vegetarian and part of the reason is cuz I struggle to find vegan food good but this was a 10/10!!!

Just tied the limited time truffle pizza, I highly recommend the pizza absolutely wonderful, the only real downside about the pizza is it's costly but if you don't get it every day then it's fine. I also tried the Gochujang bao buns they look great they taste a little sweet. I would add that the size of the buns are deceiving child size as you can't see from the picture not worth the price. All in all pizza is great, buns not so great. Excellent service they were friendly I will be back.

First time visiting and well definitely be back. The entire menu is vegan and the few things we tried were absolutely delicious. The smoked meat poutine had the most delicious gravy and the smoked meat was really good. The chicken wings have a fabulous texture and nicely seasoned. The protein in the copper branch bowl was unreal, sweet and salty and so good!

I went here with my wife and we had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very calming. We ordered a falafel wrap and poutine fries. The food was really interesting and above all else it was healthy. It's hard to find a healthy and tasty diner. I would highly recommend coming here and bringing someone you love.

Came here for a quick lunch. Service was good and place was nice and clean. I got the Aztec bowl (smaller size) and it was pretty tasty. The falafel was a bit dry, but otherwise pretty good salad. Only downside was that I felt it was overpriced in terms of the amount of food you get. Overall, I would come back to try a different menu item given the quality and freshness (for the most part) of their food.

Tried it for the first time today. I felt that it was too pricey for what it is. The Asian Fusion did taste good but it was one of those dishes where you feel like you can probably make at home better and cheaper. So the cost of this for its size too feels like a hefty convenience fee. Also didn't think mini would be as mini as it was. The price was more than half of the regular size. I wonder if the regular size is more than twice as large? The spicy black bean burger was pretty good and almost competitively priced with Boon Burger. The fries I like a little more here because they are not loaded with sesame seeds. The downside was that there were quite a number of burnt fries lurking in each bite if you weren't careful. If you are vegan/vegetarian (I'm not) and don't feel like cooking, sure this place is convenient. But if you were looking for a place to indulge, I have been to other vegan/vegetarian places much better for similar price.
